Searching for opportunities to develop physical activities for children in kindergartens

The name and the main theme of my Bachelor Thesis is the Searching for Options in the Development of Mental Activities of Kindergarden Children. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to motivate children to train activities using the exercise program and show good health exercises to help them with proper body posture. The theoretical part is devoted to basic pedagogical-psychological notions of pre-school age. It deals with physiological development, the development of physical activities in kindergarden children, correct and defective postures, the importance of exercises with children's equipment and the building of an exercise unit. The practical part includes the exercise program for children, the method of participating observation, which is recorded in the form of the self-reflection and the analysis of the activities. In conclusion, there was found the interest in movement activities in children and their relationship to movement through observation.

Improving the quality of service provided by PFP s.r.o. with help of its own call centre

The main objective of this thesis will be to propose a project to establish a new internal call centre of company PFP s.r.o., which mainly deals with insurance of motor vehicles and became the first website to compare products and prices in the insurance market . The thesis will describe operation of the company before establishment of the call centre and will identify key considerations which led the company to the idea of building an internal call centre. The thesis will focus on identifying and proposing appropriate processes that will led to improved quality of service while communicating with clients of PFP s.r.o. and also ensure a more efficient employees. The practical part will propose specific actions that will ensure smooth running of the new call centre.

Transport network Liberec and surrounding

The work will generally describe transport network based on theoretical definitions of particular terms. History of transportation segments in Liberec and its surrounding areas will follow up. The theoretical part applied directly to the circumstances of Liberec and its surroundings will be defined then. All segments of transport will be analyzed, including complementary types of transport such as water-carriage or cable-cars. More details will be given to public transport, integrated system and fares. The goal is to give readers a holistic view of all Liberec traffic. I will also mention flaws accompanied by proposals to improve identified weaknesses.
