Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.
Leisure activities of seniors

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of seniors and their leisure activities. The goal of this thesis is to find out which leisure activities are the most common among the seniors, and to compare these activities of seniors who live at their own households and who live in retirement homes. Next goal is to find out what leisure activities are offered by a specific retirement home and how are the clients satisfied with supply and quantity of these leisure activities. At the same time, what options of leisure activities for seniors are available in a specific town. The qualitative method in form of depth individual interviews was used in studying this issue. Conducted research summarized the options of the leisure activities for seniors in Home Na Zámku Lysá nad Labem and in town of Čelákovice. It also showed the leisure activities that seniors might spend time with. The thesis should be beneficial for Home Na Zámku Lysá nad labem as it offers a compact overview of all activities, and offers new potential options of expanding these activities.
Communication barriers with personnel in small enterprises

The aim of this Bachelors Thesis is to analyse the working environment of two small food distribution enterprises, which will examine communication skills of personnel with lower and upper secondary education. The research is aimed at both employees and managers to evaluate their points of view on possible ineffective communication at their workplaces. The data will be obtained by observation and two questioning methods, semi-structured interview with management and questionnaire for the subordinates. In conclusion, both environments will be evaluated and optimization of inner communication will be proposed.
Comparison of the Influence of Advertising on Consumer Behavior of selected Groups of Czechs and Vietnamese

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the influence of advertisement on consumer behavior of selected groups, specifically the younger generation of Czechs and Vietnamese living in the Czech republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to defining terms used in marketing, advertising, consumer behavior and factors by which the consumer behavior is influenced. The practical part contains the characteristics of the selected groups and the evaluation of the online survey. The conclusion of this thesis gives the interpretation of the survey results focusing on the comparison of Czech and Vietnamese consumers.
The impact of modern communication and social networks on the placement of young people in the labor market

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of modern communication and social networks an their impact on young people in the labor market. In the theoretical part of the thesis, these networks are characterized, defined by their representatives and I speak here about possibilities of their use by young applicants, personnel and employers and also about the risks associated with their use. The theoretical knowledge is used as the background for the practical part of the thesis. In order to identify the attitude towards the networks and the most common purpose of use, I have set 2 hypotheses for my research project. I used the questionnaire method to find out the attitude of young users of modern communication and social networks towards these networks. In the primary analysis the questionnaire is evaluated, the secondary analysis describes results of the related professional researches simmilar to this topic and also contains the comparison of the data from both parts and then there is confirmation or refutation of the selected hypotheses. At the end of the thesis the knowledge from the theoretical and practical part is summarized and the individual conclusions are described.
Integration of disabled to businesses in Slovakia

This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on integration of disabled people to businesses in Slovakia. The main goal is to analyse and review problems of disabled and the process of their integration to the labour market. In the theoretical part disability, rehabilitation, integration and inclusion are defined. Practical part consists of evaluation of statistics and current state of employment of disabled people. Output of this thesis are suggestions of measures that can contribute to better labour market integration of disabled people in Slovakia.
The Behaviour of Players behind Poker Tables

The bachelor thesis deals with the behaviour of poker players, which can be encountered in the game of poker. In my work I am gradually engaged in non-verbal communication, verbal communication and the ethics of poker players. In the section of non-verbal communication, I analyse individual parts of the body from the most important for reading to the least important. I also deal with psychological effects that can greatly influence the behaviour of the players. In the section of verbal communication, I focus mainly on what verbal communication in poker can serve and how to use this knowledge. In the last part I present the issue of ethical behaviour. In the practical part I use the knowledge from my own research as well as the knowledge of the players who were willing to share with me their knowledge. I also use the analysis of the video which is available on YouTube.
Integration of people with mental disorder

This Bachelor´s thesis is writen around the topic of mentally ill people and their integration into society. First part of the thesis should define classification of mental illness and different categories of mental illness and also different ways of treatement should be described so as proceses of resocialization of those who are affected back into the society. The purpose of the theoretic part is therefore a summarization of theoretical knowledge in the field of mental illness and treatement of mental illness. The second part of this thesis is practicaly focused and focuses on the research of opinions and information of the general public about mentaly ill people and the results are comprated with the statements of respondents with actual mental illness. The aim of the practical part is then sumarization of the reasearch to the topic and providing options for closer research. At the end there is an recapitulation of the informations colected while research and recomendations that can lead to the better awareness of the general public about people with mental illness.
Modern social networks and labour market

The thesis is focused on modern social networks and their influence on society and labour market. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the first part, internet social networks are defined, their history, current situation and influence on society and labour market depicted. Comparison of the situation in Czechia and the globe is also included. The practical part describes and compares two surveys made within groups of Czech and international respondents. The surveys are focused mainly on the spread of social networks and their usage as a tool for searching employment among the target group between 18 and 28 years old. In the conclusion the findings are described.
A comparison of stressors between high school students in the Czech Republic and Vietnam

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of students' stress in high schools, specifically in the Czech Republic and Vietnam. The aim of this thesis is to find out the factors that students consider stressful in two different cultures. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part is initially focused on stress in general terms. Some important terms such as stress, stressors, symptoms of stress and effects of stress on a human body are defined. Then it devotes various ways how to prevent stress. Further the culture dimension by Geert Hofstede will be briefly mentioned. The methodological part presents the aim of the thesis, describes sample of respondents and the methods of data collection. In the practical part the results from both countries will be compared on the basis of a survey questionnaire, including explanation of differences by intercultural factors.
