Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu studentů na středních školách, konkrétně v České republice a ve Vietnamu. Cílem této práce je zjistit faktory, které studenti považují za stresové ve dvou odlišných kulturách. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část se nejprve zaměřuje na stres z obecného hlediska, je tedy definován stres, stresory, příznaky stresu a dopad stresu na lidský organismus. Poté se věnuje tomu, jak různými způsoby předcházet stresu. Dále bude ve stručnosti zmiňována kulturní dimenze podle Geerta Hofstedeho. V metodologické části je představován cíl práce, charakterizován vzorek respondentů a jsou popsány metody sběru dat. Na základě dotazníkového šetření bude v praktické části srovnán výsledek z obou zemí včetně vysvětlení rozdílů pomocí interkulturních faktorů. This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of students' stress in high schools, specifically in the Czech Republic and Vietnam. The aim of this thesis is to find out the factors that students consider stressful in two different cultures. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part is initially focused on stress in general terms. Some important terms such as stress, stressors, symptoms of stress and effects of stress on a human body are defined. Then it devotes various ways how to prevent stress. Further the culture dimension by Geert Hofstede will be briefly mentioned. The methodological part presents the aim of the thesis, describes sample of respondents and the methods of data collection. In the practical part the results from both countries will be compared on the basis of a survey questionnaire, including explanation of differences by intercultural factors.
