The thesis is focused on a comparison of selected methods for the valuation property type apartment in the area of Brno - Brno Štýřice and Černovice. The thesis is notionally divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with valuation, describes methods used of valuation, real estate market and valued locations. The practical part of thesis is focused on the valuation of flats under the current price regulation with comparative method, the direct comparison method of valuation, method of yield for an assessment the current price. At the end of the thesis are explained and commented upon the facts (locations, methods, prices, costs and profit of development company).

The thesis deals with the comparison of selected methods of flat valuation in Děčín and its surroundings. The theoretical part is aimed at crucial terms, definitions and formulas and it covers the description of the area from the social, economic, cultural and historical point of view. The practical part includes the obtained data analysed by means of database and verified by the Grubbs' method. Methods employed in price determination are: price in accordance with public notes; usual price; physical value. The conclusion refers to the price comparison in accordance with employed methods and to the evaluation of the effect of reconstruction on the price of the real estate.

The diploma thesis deals with basic terminology and methods for real estate pricing in the theoretical part of the thesis. The description of priced locality, sources and aid materials for real estate inspection are introduced in the thesis. The practical part is focused on the description and pricing ten recreation cottages near town called Jevíčko. The result of the thesis is the comparison of single pricing and assessment of the most convenient pricing method for a particular real estate.

The diploma thesis deals at the beginning with the basic terms related with real estate appraisement, description of appreciated locality and description of individual appreciatment methods. In the practical part is described six holiday cottages in cottage area called Tři Dvory. The next their appraisement by using methods – according to regulations, cost method of valuation, the valuation by comparing the price and the valuation of substantive value, to compare choosen ways of valuation of property type holiday cottage in locality Osová Bítýška. The result will be valorization of appropriateness methods used for diferent types of valuation and their evaluation with the best method for choosen property type in the locality.

Thesis, Comparison of selected methods of houses’ evaluation in Znojmo and associated communities, explains some of the currently used valuation methods. It also deals with comparison of prices which were determined by selected valuation methods. Those methods include cost approach, comparative method, the current price and the price of time. It accentuates the consideration of coefficient within connecting into utility networks – especially sewer. Then it focuses on ways of heating. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the aspect of connecting into utility networks is involved in methods of heating. For the evaluation there were selected 10 houses in Znojmo and associated communities.

For the valuation was used comparison method with valuation regulations and comparative non-promulgation method. Have been described the fundamental concepts, valuation methods and market situation in the area of interest. Result of this work is to determine the estimated price of real estate interests.

This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of selected methods of apartment valuation in the location of Brno - Černá Pole, in specific on the apartment valuation in brick buildings. The theoretical part describes the basic notions connected with valuation, describes the methods of valuation and also the valuated location itself. The practical part deals with the apartment valuation using these methods - the method according to price provision, specifically comparative technique, then the comparative method itself but not according to price provision and finally using the yield method for an assessment of the current price. In the conclusion there is comparison of all of these used methods.

The thesis compares selected methods of valuation that are suitable for building lands. It is focused on settings of the market price of lands and the prices of lands based on pricing rules in the locality Blížkovice and its surroundings. Ten built-up lands in this locality were chosen. Lands were valued based on a pricing rules, Naegeli method class of lokality and index comparative method. and the rate of differences between the results of individual evaluations was evaluated.
Evaluation of the Impact of Town and Country Planning on the Land Prices in Prostějov and its Surroundings

The thesis is focused on setting land prices according to the rules of valuation and market price (the current). Selected lands are placed in non-structural locations and locations designed to be constructed at selected stages of landscape planning. Based on gained results was made evaluation of how various stages of landscape planning affects the current price and also the administrative price. The thesis also explains the cause of the difference and way how it affects the price of invested land.
