It is an object which is resolved as one apartment unit with two stories and flat (vegetative) roof. The object does not have a basement. The horizontal projection is in the shape of a letter T. Object is designed from the construktion system POROTHERM and the exterior is from the system FRONTECH.

THIS DIPLOMA THESIS DESCRIBES THE DESIGN OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING WITH GARAGES FOR A COMPANY ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE PRODUCTS. THE BUILDING IS SITUATED IN THE TOWN OF PLANA NAD LUZNICI, NEAR THE TOWN TABOR. THE OBJECT DOES NOT HAVE UNDERGROUND FLOORS AND HAS TWO FLOORS. THE BUILDING AND GARAGE ARE COVERED BY A FLAT GREEN ROOF WITH EXTENSIVE VEGETATION.

Selection of IT professionals and their personality characteristics

The theme of this paper is an important part of Work and Organization psychology. We tried to describe in details all processes related to the recruitment and selection of candidates in theoretical part of this paper. The most important focus is dedicated to particular methods of recruitment. Professional use of these methods would possibly increase efectivity of selection of future employees. In empirical part of this work we give attention to investigation of personality characteristics through multidimensional personal questionnaire and administration of picture drawing test. In the practical part we also offer possibility of connecting practical knowledge of human resources and psychological testing methods.

Multicriteria graph partitioning

The thesis is about graph partitioning and applications of graph partitioning in paral- lel algorithms for solving big sparse linear equations. The problem of graph partitioning is thorougly described and standard graph partitioning algorithms are explained. The appli- cation part is focusing on the Conjugate Gradient method preconditioned by a variant of incomplete Cholesky factorization based on drop tolerance. The role of graph partitioning in the problem decomposition is described and a load balancing problem is studied. 1

Czechoslovak-Italian relations, 1922-1929

This thesis explores the Czechoslovak-Italian relations from 1922 to 1929. The accession of Fascism to power did not change the mutual relationship. Both countries struggled to cooperate even before. In 1924 the treaty of mutual friendship was signed in which Czechoslovakia and Italy pledged to follow common policy towards Austria and Hungary. However, this document never played a role in the mutual relationship as the interests of both countries in central and southeastern Europe diverged considerably. Both prague and Rome tried to establish its own dominance in that region and in their designs they treated each other as the les ser partner. The differences amplified after 1926 when the Italian foreign policy embraced revisionism. The Czechoslovak plans to consolidate the status quo have been in a large extent a response to this Italian policy. The main cause of mutual disagreement were political. However, the ideological antagonisms played certain role, too. prague seeked a prolongation of mutual treaty, but has been rebuffed by Rome. The expiration of the treaty in 1929 was entirely logical since the relationship between Czechoslovakia and Italy has been far from friendly.
