Design of crane hook production
Horák, Tomáš ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of the production of a crane hook made of C45 steel. After evaluating suitable technologies, die forging on a mechanical press was chosen. Based on the analysis of technological technology, the shape of the part was modified and all necessary additions and limit deviations of forging dimensions were determined. The semi-finished product with a diameter of 65 mm and a length of 380 mm will be formed on a cross wedge rolling mill, bent on a separate press and subsequently forged. The crank forging press LZK 3150 B from the company ŠMERAL Brno a. S., With a nominal forming force of 31.5 MN, was chosen from the calculated forming force. The construction of the dies is based on the ČSN 22 8306 standard and they are made of 19,552 steel with subsequent heat treatment.
Influence of humic acids on the corrosion behavior of low carbon steel
Horák, Tomáš ; Buchtík, Martin (referee) ; Doskočil, Leoš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with influence of humic acid from lignite on corrosion behavior of low carbon steel S235JR in the environment of 0,1 M NaCl at three diffrent pH values (5, 7 and 9). Humic acid was fractionated into three soluable fractions at pH 5, 7 and 9. Corrosion behavior was studied by potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and immersion tests. Surface analysis of low carbon steel was carried out before and after corrosion tests as well as analysis of corrosion medium. The results show that humic acid has negative effect on corrosion of low carbon steel in comparison with 0,1 M NaCl solution, because in presence of humic acid, the corrosion rate is higher. The negative effect was attributed to the formation of complexes of humic acid with released iron ions. The main corrosion product on the surface of low carbon steel after exposure to the 0,1 M NaCl was magnetite. Presence of humic acid in 0,1 M NaCl caused formation of lepidocrocite as main corrosion product. Potencial mechanism that is trying to clarify the formation of corrosion products and influence of humic acid on corrosion behavior is discussed in this thesis.
Basic fingerprint liveness detection
Horák, Tomáš ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
Biometric data is unique, safe and often used to protect information. Even in some cases, detectors can be fooled, and therefore liveness is needed to check. This work focuses on the basic recognition of the liveliness of the fingerprint. Only one finger image is used. For perfect recognition, you need to compare the prints, so have more than one print, and that's why this detection is very demanding. Pre-processing was done with a binary segmentation mask. Methods using gray scale ratios, mean, standard deviations or histogram equalization were also used. All the methods were done on the LivDet 2011 database, in the Matlab environment and the goal was to recognize a live fingerprints from a false ones.
Basic fingerprint liveness detection
Horák, Tomáš ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
This work focuses on recognizing fingerprints liveness based purely on software-methods evaluating symptoms from just one fingerprint image. At first in this work was described the issue of biometry as such, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of such systems. Next part deal with more detailed process of fingerprint biometry including papillary lines and overall fingerprints as such. In the next phase, the problems and utilization of both software and hardware methods are discussed, including principles of individual approaches. This part is followed by a selection of used fingertip symptoms. This is followed by the practical part and the LivDet 2011 database, which was used for finger recognition. In the practical part is also described the used neural network capturing minor differences in fingerprints according to 13 symptoms.

The aim of my thesis is the design of marketing activities RISTEKO s.r.o. leading to increased competitiveness and the possibility of obtaining contracts .I will focus on the analysis of the current state of civil society, the functioning of its inner cartridge and the external environment.
Unconventional Supercharging
Horák, Tomáš ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis summarizes the various unconventional ways of improving the performance of combustion engines. This thesis descripts historical, currently used and prototype metods used for this purpose, including the principle of their function. Great emphasis is placed mainly on forced induction engines, since this area is experiencing very rapid development.
Effect of humic acid on the corrosion of carbon steel
Horák, Tomáš ; Buchtík, Martin (referee) ; Doskočil, Leoš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with influence of humic acids on corrosion of ČSN 12020 steel. For this purpose, potentiodynamic tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in leaches of humic acids, isolated from South Moravian lignite were executed. Results suggest that corrosion is initially promoted by humic acids, but after a longer time (about 98 hours) an inhibitory effect is exerted due to the adsorption of humic acids on the corrosion products. Adsorption efficiency of humic acids on surface of corrosion products was about 30 %. Results also suggest that the presence of humic acids may influence the composition of corrosion products of the steel.
Variants of Financing the Acquisition of Fixed Assets
Horák, Tomáš ; Horák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Fedorová, Anna (advisor)
The bachelor thesis discusses the possibilities of financing the acquisition of fixed assets in the company. In the section of theory it is in detail analysed the various concepts on the topic of fixed assets financing. The following practical part, where there is determined the financial situation of company, based on financial analysis, compares an alternatives of the fixed assets financing in regards to the current market conditions. Finally, there is communitated the recommended alternative of financing.
