Habitual physical activity in Preschool children: Comparison of common Kindergartens and Forest Kindergarten
Zemlerová, Hana ; Procházka, Michal (advisor) ; Havlíčková, Michaela (referee)
The aim of the work was to objectively examine the physical activity of children in two different types of preschools, in forest kindergarten and common kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic of movement in the preschool children, with factors influencing physical activity, the benefits for this age and the means for measuring objectively physical activity. Research is focused on one particular forest kindergarten. Pedometer was elected for measuring the examined physical activity. According to the results children in the forest kindergarten make more steps during their stay in school as well as overall per day than children in regular kindergartens. Conversely in the afternoon after leaving the nursery they are less active than the children from regular kindergartens. The most prominent difference in the level of physical activity between the two groups of children showed during their stay in pre-school facilities. Forest nursery could be a good alternative to preschool education in terms of sufficient physical activity.

Burianová, Eliška ; Ježková, Martina (advisor) ; Havlíčková, Michaela (referee)
This bachelor's thesis summarizes the information of pelvic floor function and perineal injuries that are caused by the delivery. In the theoretical part of this thesis are described anatomical structures in the pelvic area and their changes during the pregnancy and the puerperium. The main part of the thesis is focused on possibilities of preventing the perineal injuries. There are described problems that are caused by perineal lesions and dysfunction of the pelvic floor. Options of physiotherapeutic treatment of these problems are discussed as well. The practical part of the thesis is supplemented with a case study of a pregnant patient, who was preparing to the delivery during pregnancy with the goal of preventing perineal injury. The case study is completed with anamnestic data collection and analysis of kinesiology of the patient in pregnancy and after the delivery. A therapeutic plan is a part of the case study as well. The thesis is supplemented with the results of executed questionnaire survey of 49 patients after vaginal delivery.

Puerperium from the perspective of physiotherapy
Šimánková, Marie ; Ježková, Martina (advisor) ; Havlíčková, Michaela (referee)
This diploma thesis explores the ways in which physiotherapeutic procedures and concepts can be used to positively affect puerperium after a physiological childbirth. The beginning of the theoretical part describes the physiology of puerperium, lactation, women's psychological well- being during the postpartum period and postpartum complications. The main part of the thesis focuses on the application of physiotherapeutic methods and concepts during puerperium. The output of this part forms an information handout with exercises appropriate throughout puerperium. In the practical part of the thesis, a questionnaire survey of two groups of women at the end of puerperium took place to objectively evaluate the effect of the information handout. The aim was to find out whether women who are prepared for the puerperium and know how to use targeted exercises to support the regeneration of the body after childbirth experience a milder course of the puerperium, feel psychologically better and evaluate their breastfeeding effectiveness more positively. The experimental group (n = 32) received the information handout during pregnancy and used it in puerperium. The control group (n = 37) did not receive the handout. The standardized Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale questionnaire was used to assess the...
Correlation between physical activity level and body mindfulnes in women with sexual dysfunction - questionnaire survey

Screening of the physioterapeutic effect in patients after the robotically assisted radical prostatectomy
Odstrčil, Michal ; Palaščáková Špringrová, Ingrid (advisor) ; Havlíčková, Michaela (referee)
The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to find out whether the regular pelvic floor muscles exercise had a reducing effect on urinary incontinence and the use of incontinence pads at pacients after the robotically assistated radical prostatectomy who underwent the therapy in Rehaspring centre. Methods: We used the data provided from one rehabilitation facility to develop this research. Probands came at various time intervals after the operation for the therapy to one physiotherapist in the Rehaspring rehabilitation facility in Čelákovice. They completed the Rehaspring concept protocol, the ICIQ-SF questionnaire and we examined their pelvic floor muscles using the ultrasound at each therapy. We monitored the lift of pelvic floor muscles in the standing position. We obtained the number of incontinence pads by the phone call or by email. We observed the measured values in three periods. Totally 39 probands were included in this study, but only 22 men met the entry criteria and the numbers of incontinence pads were provided only by 12 men. The average age was 68.54±5.6 years. We used the analysis of variance, Mann-Whitney test and paired t-test for the statistical evaluation. The significance level for all tests was set up at an alpha level of 0.05 and the graphical elaboration was realized...
