Psycho hygiene of pedagogy workers in prisons

The chapters of the diploma thesis deal with the psycho hygiene of pedagogical workers in prisons. The first part of the text presents a theoretical overview of the topic, which includes knowledge about the prison system, the pedagogical staff of the Prison Service, the specifics of the psychic load in prisons, the importance of psycho hygiene and care of the Prison Service employees. The practical part uses the method of qualitative research to find out and describe whether and how the pedagogical staff of the Prison Service take care of their mental health. The research part also aims to evaluate the methods of strengthening mental health provided by the employer and to evaluate the conditions for practicing psycho hygiene in the work environment.
