Robot virtual prototype in ADAMS
This master thesis deal with analysis of possible alternative energy sources for health monitoring of railway trafic. Mainly focus on energy harvesting via SMART materials, specifically materials with piezoelectric and magnetostrictive properties. First theoretical background and real concepts are introduced, followed by material modelling and simulations. End of thesis cover parameter suggestion and SMART materials comparation and valorizations.
Proposal of mechatronic system with vibro-insulator
Fargač, Michal ; Březina, Tomáš (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The theoretical study of this thesis deals with options available for preventing the passing of vibrations on precision mechatronic system through the structure on which they are stored. The practical part consists of the design concept of vibro-insulating mechatronic system. At first there is an analysis of the unique structure in ANSYS Workbench. Next chapters describe how to connect the ADAMS and MatLab Simulink softwares for the purpose of co-simulation of dynamic systems. With this co-simulation, the carrying structure of the system is being analyzed. Finally, the concept of vibro-isolation system is designed and simulated for its response to force load.
Computational analysis of column for horizontal boring centre
Fargač, Michal ; Vosynek, Petr (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The theoretical study of this thesis deals with different approaches that can be used to optimize the topology of various structures. Main attributes and principles which they are based on of individual methods are discussed. The first point of the practical part is to design the model for computational analysis of stand and other machining centre parts based on real machine TOS FU. Afterwards, the model is analyzed to determine the dynamic characteristic of the machine. Subsequently, several changes of the stand design are performed in order to improve the dynamic behavior. Eventually, new stand kernel is designed which aims to enhance these dynamic characteristic. This model is analyzed again and the results are compared with the original form of the machining centre.
FEM model of piezoelectric MEMS filters
Procházka, Josef ; Dušek, Daniel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis focuses on simulation modelling of a piezoelectric MEMS filter, which may be used as a part of cochlear implant. A model of this filter is created in the programme ANSYS. A research on experimental cochlear implants and materials suitable for this application is also included.
Design of vibration energy harvester with blade joint
Beňo, Martin ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rubeš, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of vibration generator with blade joint. Firstly, its main aim is to design a working vibration generator, and secondly is to entice the reader to continue on with reading. Such a vibration generator is a handy, inexpensive to manufacture, and especially very simple. The basic design element of the vibration generator is oscillating frame connected to the blade joint and is the carrier of the magnets. The electrical part of the generator consists of a magnetic circuit and coil on the static bracket. Oscillating frame with magnet creates a changing magnetic field and induces voltage in the coil. For the design of the construction was used the program Inventor. For the calculation of the magnetic circuit has been selected, the program FEMM controlled by MATLAB. For the calculation of the static and the dynamic analysis was chosen the program ANSYS.
Virtual model of part of cutting machine in ADAMS
Juriga, Jakub ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
In theoretical part, this master´s thesis deals with vibrations in cutting machine and description of creation of self-excited vibrations theory. In practical part, there is problem of chatter in cutting machine solved with using simulation program Adams and computing program MATLAB. Gradually, Multi body system of cutting machine and model of cutting tool with features flexible body are analyzed. At the end all both models were used to create complex model of the cutting machine .
Parametric Resonance of Dynamic Systems
Gajdůšková, Vendula ; Sosna, Petr (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the parametric resonance which is investigated from the physical point of view by means of pendulum models, for which the equation of motion has been developed and subsequent modelling has been performed. The brief introduction is followed by a theoretical chapter which deals with the physical substance of parametric resonance and in which chosen physical models are described. The practical part of the thesis begins with the following chapter devoted to chosen examples of parametric resonance in practice, showing its benefits and harmful attributes on selected examples. The fourth and the main part of the thesis contains a simulation model of parametric resonance for two pliantly bound pendulums. The concluding part of the thesis consists of the summary of findings, model results and the list of used resources, abbreviations, figures and table.
Virtual commissioning of production system
Bražina, Jakub ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with virtual commissioning of production system which is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. The issue of virtual commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a description of each device located in this production system. The design of the 3D model, the design of the PLC control program and also the virtual commissioning itself are described in the practical part of the thesis. There is the creation of the robot‘s program described at the end of the thesis. Several Siemens software tools were used for virtual commissioning realization (TECNOMATIX Process Simulate, TIA Portal and PLCSIM Advanced 2.0).
