Selected Parts of the Construction Technology Project for an Apartment Building in Kroměříž

In my master’s thesis, I deal with the preparation and implementation of selected parts of the construction technology project of an apartment building in Kroměříž. It is a non-basement building with 5 above-ground floors. The content of my master’s thesis is the preparation of a technical report for a construction and engineering project, a coordination situation with the solution of closer traffic relations, an assessment of the route of the tower crane, the object's time and financial plan, calculation according to THU, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a construction site equipment project, which contains a technical report of the construction site equipment for rough construction and finishing works, as well as drawings for the given stages, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an itemized budget for selected parts of SO 01.4, a technological regulation for the ETICS insulation system, a technological regulation for the installation of windows. Control and test plans were drawn up for both technological regulations. Furthermore, in my diploma thesis, there are catchment systems of flat roofs and the blow-door test.

Economic Efficiency and Finacial Feasibility of the Business Plan

The work aims to determine the economic efficiency and financial feasibility of the business plan, the construction of residential housing complex using a sensitivity analysis to determine the risk that the economic efficiency of most influence. The theoretical part of this work are the basic areas relating to the evaluation of economic efficiency, cash flow, sensitivity analysis and development project. The practical part deals with a specific project CAMPUS REZIDENČNÍ AREÁL II. Showing cash flows on the project and determining the various indicators of economic efficiency. The study also prepared a sensitivity analysis for the project scenario and determine the maximum risk that may threaten the economic efficiency of the project.

Financing of Public Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.

The thesis describes the project management of a construction contract in a construction company from the supplier's point of view. The work includes a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes important definitions and knowledge, which are then used to create a practical part. It deals with the preparation and management of a specific construction contract called "Reconstruction of the sports hall Otrokovice" with the help of methods and procedures that the issue offers.

This diploma thesis deals selected parts of a structural technological project for new building Basic school and Practical school with orphanage in Zlín. It contains studies of main technological steps, chronological plan, calculation, project of site equipment, technological prescription for concrete roof, suggestion construction machinery and another selected parts. This new brick building includes 3 floors with basement and is located in a separate educational area. Basic monolithic concrete constructions with steels are realizated as a surface structures.

The bachelor thesis is about the system for evaluating and rewarding employees in the field of trade. Within the theoretical part, assessment, its types, principles and procedures are defined. It also defines the remuneration, options and ways of remuneration and theoretical knowledge relating to this subject from which it continues to be drawn in the processing of the practical part. In addition to theoretical information, the practical part is based on its questionnaire investigation, which anonymously examined the terms and conditions relating to the evaluation and remuneration of employees in shops with different orientations. Finally, the evaluation of the research is enriched with its recommendation drawn up based on the identified shortcomings.

Marketing communication of a selected sports club through social networks

Title: Marketing communication of a selected sports club through social networks Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis is based on the analysis of the current state of marketing communication on the social networks of the hockey club SKLH Žďár nad Sázavou to create a communication plan for the season 2022/2023. This plan will lead to the correct use of social networks, but also to the expansion of content and greater activation of partners. Methods: Qualitative methods were used to evaluate the current state of marketing communication on social networks. The main research methods were yearlong analysis of social networks, a semi-structured interview with the administrator of social networks and the analysis of the provided statistics from social networks. Results: The result of this diploma thesis is a communication plan through the social networks of the hockey club SKLH Žďár nad Sázavou for the season 2022/2023. The newly created communication plan is focused on low financial costs, as the hockey club puts minimal financial amounts into marketing communication on social networks, and especially on the main mistakes that the club currently makes on social networks (does not distinguish between posts on Facebook and Instagram, monotonous content, zero involvement of club partners,...

The plan of reforming the parish system in the Diocese of Hradec Králové

Title: THE PLAN OF REFORM THE PARISH SYSTEM IN DIOCESE HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ Abstract: The thesis deals with a problematic reform of parishes in Hradec Králové diocese. On historical, geographical and social aspect the thesis introduces into situation which governs in this diocese because it does not contain from a homogenous region but from several regions with different religiosity and state of parishes. Many parishes did not conform with a canon law definition, were not adequate community, suffered with lack of faithful and financial resources, and were long time without their own priest. For that reason has arisen a plan to reform the parish system, which base on gathering of smaller an noviable parishes into root parishes. Unlike Pilsen diocese, where parishes gathering already passed, is gathering in Hradec Králové many year process, which specificity and history the author tries to describe in general matter, as well as describe it in specific example in Jičín vicarage. In conclusion of the thesis are asked questions and found responses after the reform, hopes and possible steps, which will the parishes gathering supplement and strengthen the parish role such as the full-value community. The clinical picture of developmental dysphasia in the concept of neuorodevelopmental disorders

Introduction: Developmental dysphasia (DD) is a developmental language disorder with high prevalence, but also with low publication index and confusion of the terminology (including the Czech version of ICD - "speech" disorder instead of "language" disorder). The scientific view has passed the development from a symptom, through the specific nozologic unit to the current term Developmental language disorder (DLD) and its classification among a new category of diseases in ICD-11 (existing in DSM-5) called Neurodevelopmental disorders. Another disorder with the characteristic pathology in communication is the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) which is classified as a disease of the same category as DD. Compared to DD, it has a higher publication index, lower prevalence, and even more serious consequences. Three different domains that cause confusion, both in ASD and DD, are "speech", "language", and "communication". The same confusion applies to the current subtypes in ICD-11 with the term "functional language". In the Czech Republic there are very few studies dealing with the patients with DD, their profile of a clinic picture has not been processed so far.
