The diploma thesis describes the current situation in the company in terms of digitization and automation of the production process and then presents a proposal for measures and improvements that respect the principles of lean manufacturing and aim to help competitiveness and achieve strategic goals of the company. Part of the work is also to define the conditions necessary for the implementation of these measures and benefits of the measures.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the process management of the order in the company Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. This company focuses on the production of castings from cast iron, aluminum alloys and copper alloys. It also owns specialized workplaces for heat treatment, machining of castings and surface treatment of cast iron castings. The first part of the bachelor's thesis presents the theoretical background, which approaches the issues addressed in the analytical part. In the analytical part, the company is introduced from a general point of view, its history is briefly described and the activity of process management of the order is described from receipt, through production to the dispatch of the final casting to the customer. The last part contains suggestions for optimizing the activities of the process management of the order with regard to delivery dates.
Stock portfolios and market sentiment in the European Union

This diploma thesis captures the influence of selected sentiment indicators on stock prices in the European Union. The chosen period is set in years 2010-2020. Selected sentiment indicators are index of volatility VSTOXX and economic sentiment indicator. The effect was indicated using the CAPM model for portfolio valuation, correlation analysis, regression analysis and causality analysis. Recommendations for investors are formulated from the results of the analyzes.
Diagnostics of the state of the machine/machine components with the help of fuzzy sets

Diploma thesis deals with the use of fuzzy logic in the field of technical diagnostics. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes technical diagnostics, fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part in which fuzzy logic is tested on the Iris dataset and then the acquired knowledge is applied to a technical dataset evaluating machine fault conditions. At the end of the chapters of both datasets, the results are summarized and evaluated. The last chapter of the practical part is devoted to the description of the developed scripts in software Matlab 2022b. Part of the work are attachments in which the created FIS models and written scripts are stored.

Bachelor thesis Martial arts and Mime theatre is concerning the application of principles of the martial arts into the mime theatre. It mostly brings elementary benefit to preparation of an actor and his training. I focus particularly on systems qigong and tai chi and their usefulness for the actor of mime theatre. The thesis should give a whole picture about the principles, which are crucial for the actor in the theatre praxis and his personal life likewise and instructions on how should he practise and use these principles.
