The main issue of the place is a future. The design close corner of Bratislavska street and Old street, where historically always been the building. Closing the street line and the completion of the streets. The object smoothly recede in the street in Bratislava backwards. It creates a small, but very important public area. Fee of the real street is very essential for the further development of the area. The design responds to the local environment. Most of the courtyards is dysfunctional in terms of human and aesthetic. The design creates a separate world - paradise - inside the block.

Assignment was to create an architectonic solution of residential complex in city district Brno – Komín, between streets Pastviny, Houškova and Uhlířova. Affected area of approximately 20,482.5 m2 is currently used as private gardens. Architectonic solution is based on east-west orientation and vertical terrain configuration of the area. Design of rectangular composition of four structures containing two to three-story residential buildings created four “nests” labeled A, B, C and D. Each “nest” contains 16 or 20 flats with underground parking solution. “Nests” seemingly create closed space, however simple rectangular masses of individual buildings raising from the structure of underground garages and terrain are situated shifted to each other to ensure the quality of housing, enough light and sun shine and not-disturbing parking capacity. An important element of this plot is its surroundings. Strictly morphology and slope of the valley in which the parcel is located. My first idea was to create two linear buildings apartment buildings, among which will reflect the valley in the form of a courtyard. Splits the parcel to a third of the 6 apartment house creates a sense of greater privacy and comfort. Because the emphasis is on orentaci to the cardinal, and the conclusion of three courtyards created a standardized apartment block in its open floor plan shaped L. Double odzrcadlením longitudinal axis vziknou three separate blocks, between which a meandering vine valley, connecting residents, as well as river connects the city.
