Importance of communication elements for management

Communication used as a means of creating and maintaining interpersonal relationships in both personal and professional spheres. The art of communication is important for everyone but for managers is one of the pillars of their work. The better communicate with colleagues the better the results that they and their teams are doing. Transmission, processing and storage of information are the fundamental processes for effective internal communication. Proper internal communication is used as a tool for meeting the objectives of the company based on quality transmission of information. The dissertation is focused on the significance of the key elements of communication affecting the performance of management activities based on study of scientific literature and research in the practical part. Outputs obtained by processing the results of the research questionnaires can be used to develop communication skills of executives and to improve the way information transfer towards subordinates.
The Motivation as a Leadership

Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Motivation as a way of keeping people. In the theoretical part is through the help of key words a reader familiar with the concepts of manager, management the role, management functions, leadership, incentive mechanism, participation, motivation the program benefits. After getting acquainted with these concepts, which are further developed and properly explained it is compiled by a questionnaire consisting of 13 questions dealing with motivation and benefits in the workplace. The questionnaire is submitted to the selected five managers. The three owners or co- owners private companies, the remaining two are employed in the public sector. With the questionnaire were brought to the attention of the three women and two men. The individual answers have been commenting and at the end summarized into a single conclusion. From this conclusion it follows that the motivational processes and benefits in individual organisations are set up similarly and that the best motivator is financial reward, or the public praise. Furthermore, it was found: managers prefer individual approach to leadership, a good team and the pleasant environment of the employees want rather than some of the other motivators. Last but not least can from the responses of most managers sense that you may want a the personal development of the employees, but only in a given field. Part of the managers do not agree with the further education of employees due to concerns about competition. The male part of the managers used a rather shorter sharper the answer to the question, the staff applies a rather authoritative way of leadership, while the female part of the managers was rather longer and more sentence. From the responses it is apparent that women apply to their employees rather democratic style of leadership. The bachelor thesis discusses topic Motivation as a leadership. The work is divided in two main parts, theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part is based on literature review, which describes theoretical concepts related to issues of leadership and management. Explained in detail here are concepts like management, managerial functions, leadership, leadership styles, motivation, stimuli, personality determinants, incentive mechanism and motivational system. Practical part focuses on management skills. The aim is to compare experiences and stands of four managers, who work at The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports with assistance of guided interview. Objective of this part is to find out which way these managers motivate and lead their employees.
The coaching and its importance for leadership

This bachelor thesis deals with the coaching and its importance for personal leadership. The first part of the research in literary sources clarifies the fundamental term of coaching and its application. Consecutively, it also explains different models of coaching. Next topic of the literary research is the figure of coach, his role and qualities, and also the characteristics of internal and external coach. The last part of the literary research is dedicated to the issues of personal leadership and management. The core of this thesis uses the pen and paper interview with managers of the ČEZ company to examine the quality of coaching and personal leadership in one of the biggest companies in the Czech Republic, how managers perceive additional training courses, and also to survey the overall leading structure of ČEZ. In the conclusion I summarize the acquired findings.
The importance of motivation for management

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to examine methods of employee stimulation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of motivation, the existing theories of work motivation. The practical part of the thesis examines the use of the interview in a particular company stimulants used by the leadership of this company. The aim of this thesis is to compare the applied instruments, to assess their impact on employee motivation, satisfaction and work performance, and to propose its improvements.
Free Time Institutions for Youth up to 18 Years

Bachelor thesis deals with chosen institution for free time of children and youth. Theoretical part is delimited for definitions of basic terms related to free time. Influence of environment on education and educational activities and also patologies are described here. Other chapters are dealing with definitions of leisure time spending, leisure time activities and insitutions. Analytical part includes analysis of selected institution. The analysis is focused on equipment, staff, services and financing. The aim is to find out whether the organization fulfills its mission and has enough money. In the beggining of analytical history of the institution and basic information are introduced. The results of the analysis are reviewed and recommendations for improvement are made at the end.

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of various elements of communication for work of manager. Communication is important and we use it in private and in working life. This thesis is divided into two main parts. The first main part includes an overview of the solved problem that is treated on the basis of scientific literature listed in the bibliography. It contains an explanation of the concept and its management, management level, manager, managerial functions, managerial roles and leadership. Next is analyzed in detail the concept of communication, verbal and nonverbal forms and their further division. Finally there are elements of an effective communication, communication channels and the most frequent mistakes in communication. The second main part includes data obtained from a questionnaire survey of managers. Follow their analysis and statistical surveys. In conclusion these results are evaluated.

The diploma thesis Importance of communication elements for management is divided into four main part. The first part is defines aims of the diploma thesis and methodological approach to reach these aims. The second part is based on theoretical knowledges mainly of management. This part analyse in detail about manager work and especially about interpersonal communication. The third part contain quantitative research among selected managers and processing primary data. This part provides summarized opinions and experiences of respondent. The final part compile results of survey. Evaluation is completed by recommendation.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "motivation as a managing technique". In the first part it focuses on defining broad theoretical concepts and in the second it addresses the research itself. The first part puts the biggest emphasis on defining terms such as management and manager, which are the key organizational aspects of a company. Next, the thesis discusses basic managerial functions such as organizing, supervising and mainly managing people. An important topic is setting motivation, in which terms like motive, stimulus, value, need and other work motivators are discussed. The end of the theoretical part describes individual motivational theories by numerous authors. The ideas of Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom, McClleland, Adams and Skinner are analyzed in detail. In the practical part, all of the aforementioned theories confront with research. The research was conducted via structured interviews of five managers, three men and two women. The interviews analyze personal characteristics of the managers and the way they behave towards their employees. Furthermore, they discuss motivational stimuli, which the managers apply on their subordinates and which have the most profound influence on them. Benefits, which each company offers and their sufficiency. The managers react to managerial functions and their application in the field. In the last part, managers share what motivates them and what brings them joy from done work.

The thesis Importance of communication elements for management focuses on finding the importance of communication and communication elements, importance and use of communication forms, communicated content and channels of communication in the work of managers. The thesis is divided into a theoretical solutions and actual own work. In the first part, which deals with the literature review, there is information related to communication and management. theoretical solutions obtained in the literature research are subsequently reflected in the actual processing of the own work. Own work is processed to determine the role played by communication and its elements in the work of managers. To obtain the necessary information has been compiled questionnaire, in which the questions were based on the findings obtained in the literature research. The data obtained were subsequently analyzed.
