The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of remuneration for employees and the proposal of amendments in the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical foundations based on professional publications that deal with the fundamental topics which are oriented on employee remuneration. It is followed by the second part, which deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on the company. The last part of the work focuses on improvements to this system.

The master‘s thesis focuses on a preparation of a financial plan for the selected company and is devided into three parts. The first part includes theoretical knowledge based on literature dealing with the topic of financial planning of the company. The second part deals with company introduction and with the strategic and financial analysis. The last part focuses on the proposal of the financial plan for the next four years. The financial plan is based on the findings obtained in the analyses and the company's intention and is concluded with an assessment based on financial and sensitivity analysis.
