In this bachelor’s thesis written on theme „Technology cutting external thread“ is mentioned basic overwiev of external threads and their labeling. Further there are described types of manufacturing external threads chip machining. For chosen type of machining is calculated unit machine time with it’s associated total costs to manufacture external thread.

Optimalization of operating costs machining of process

This work deals with operating production costs in machining process and further optimalization. In the first chapter, individual costs items which are related to machining process are specified. These cost items are quantified and total production costs are acquired. Optimalization of operation production costs are described for criterion of minimal production costs and criterion of maximal productivity are described in next chapter. Practical part of this work is focused to apply each individual criterion in practical example. There is CD with programs attached to this work. The goal is to find optimal combination of cutting speed, sufficient life time of cutting tool and suitable cutting technology so that chosen criterion can be acceptable.

Analysis of price of building with different purpose of use

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the price of a family house’s construction object while the purpose of using it is being changed to the administrative building. The bachelor thesis consist of a theoretical part, where the problematic of prices is cleared, the budgets and the defining of each term that is used in the second part of the bachelor thesis, the practical part. The practical part deals with the plans for building a family house and its price evaluation. It also deals with the collection of appropriate data for the determination of the price of the object on the market by the comparison method and then the subsequent finding the real price. The output of the bachelor thesis is to compare and then to choose the most convenient future evaluation of the building object.

Possibilities of regeneration of brownfields

Content of this thesis is analysis of possibilities for generation brownfield and searching for the best option for realization of regeneration. Thesis contains theoretic part, where brownfield problematic in Czech Republic is explained, their environmental burden, subsidy possibilities for regeneration, then price problematic and evaluation of properties and also not the last in the range - territorial planning documentation and change in purpose of usage. These terms are further used for solution of thesis practical part, where two possibilities for brownfield´s regeneration of former agricultural property are solved. First option is already realized - project of brownfield´s regenerace, which is now being used for purpose of „Mikropodnik Lupenice“ as melting house for non-ferous metals, and another option of solution is demolition of houses in areal and sale of lands equiped by needed technical network system and traffic infrastructure for building-up family houses. As output information is comparison these two options and choice of the best evaluation of Lupenice´s brownfield.

Rehabilitation care system for children with leukaemia in Czech Republic and selected countries of Europe

Leukemia is the most common cancer in childhood, making up 30-35% of all oncological diseases in children in the Czech Republic. The most frequent form of leukemia in pediatric patients is acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). This form accounts for 80% of leukemia in children. Other types include acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Treatment is based on the type and subtype of leukemia diagnosed and usually lasts 1-2 years, provided there is no relapse. Primary treatment involves many side effects, including on the musculoskeletal system, such as chemotherapy-induced polyneuropathy (CIPN) or muscle myopathy as an adverse effect of glucocorticoid therapy. Part of the comprehensive treatment is supportive treatment, which includes rehabilitation (RHB). The aim of this work is to find out and compare whether and under what conditions RHB in pediatric haemato-colongic patients is in the Czech Republic and selected countries of Europe, who and according to what patients RHB and whether clinics have any programs related to RHB in these patients. Urban Study of Revitalisation of the Area around Jizerka Centre in Prague - Střížkov

The bachelors work Urban Study of the Revitalisation of the Neighbourhoods of the Centre Jizerka Praha Střížkov presents the design of revitalisation of public spaces around the shopping centre Jizerka. The area is located in the North West part of the panel settlement Prosek and supermarket PENNY represents the main construction in this area.
This public space is possible to call also as the square and the design of revitalisation follows this idea to utilise the space also as a square.
The bibliographic search was provided before the design development. The respective checked literature deals with the functions of the public spaces and their development and with the functions of the panel estates at all, involves also the analysis of wider relations with close neighbourhoods including the landowners claims and the transportation in the area. The realised meetings with residents completed the survey, the residents were given the possibility to participate in the development of the design of the square by filling the depth perception map and expression of their own opinions. The analytic design was created in the ARCGIS programme, cuts in the AUTOCAD programme and the 3D design in SKETCHUP programme.
The output of this bachelors work is the comprehensive urban design of the revitalisation of public spaces.
