Financing Possibilities for Investment Project of the Municipality

This thesis deals with financing possibilities for investment of the municipality project. The first part includes the theoretical thesis for understanding the functioning of the municipality and put communities funding opportunities. The second section includes a brief introduction to the community, socio-economic analysis and financial analysis in the selected period 2009 – 2012 and also the evaluation of this implementation and introduction the investment activities of the municipality. The last part of the investment project involves the presentation of individual municipality project and the possibilities of its financial coverage with final recommended options for funding.

The master’s thesis follows up the possibility of using renewable for making electric power. It detects conditions of further development in this discipline and external factors which are applied to business. It rates from economic view little hydroelectric, wind and photovoltaic power stations. In business plan it elaborates in detail prosecution of the little hydroelectric plants, which is at the end subjected to financial analysis and it’s decided if this business makes sense.

Order Processing from the Information Systems View

In the first part of bachelor’s thesis is described the firm, its position on a market and action internal and external effects on ongoing processes in the firm. Next is compiled theory of management, like hierarchy of controlling positions, or like effects modern controlling systems for the support of decision. Order processing is analyzed from the sections like customer service, material planning, production planning, production and store. Next is construction the chart of this order processing and described the most important software on those sections, e.g. SAP R/3 or IBM HOST, which are used for elaboration of orders. The worst problems on the sections are described in the next part and than are designed options for their correction. Proposed solution is: remove system IBM HOST and implementation a new module APO of the system SAP R/3 from SAP corporation. In the end are summarized benefits, which can firm reach by its implementation.

Comparsion of marketing activities of cider producers on Czech market within years 2011-2016

The topic of this thesis is comparison of marketing activities of the four leading hard cider brands on the Czech market: Somersby, Kingswood, Carling Brisith Cider and Strongbow. The main objective of this work is to compare their communications using the method of comparative analysis. Other goals are to describe how individual marketing activities of concrete brands contributed to the building of a new market segment and to find out identical and different approaches in marketing communication of the brands. In the introduction, this work presents market segment of hard ciders and gives information about its formation and development in the Czech Republic. Then, the thesis analyze different brands, their positioning and the concrete marketing activities. There is an emphasis on online communication, which is due to the characteristics of the target group, a crucial part of ther communication mix.
