The relevance of the topic of the bachelor thesis: Identity of organization ethics of management and social responsibility is determined by the increased public attention to the activities of companies in the field of social and environmental measures. The thesis is divided into 2 chapters. The first chapter explains the theoretical basis of ethics of management and social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility of business is the company policy which is desirable from the point of view of society. The second part analyzes the ethics and social responsibility management in PJSC Aeroflot. The subject of the study is the logic principles and requirements for ethics and social responsibility of PJSC Aeroflot. The purpose of the study is the identity of PJSC Aeroflot the ethics of management and social responsibility of the organization. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge methods and techniques used in the process of the study. The theoretical basis of the work was the combination of scientific theories of domestic and foreign scientists. The information base was made up by internal corporate documents regulations and basic information about PJSC Aeroflot financial and statistical reports of PJSC Aeroflot also results of my own research.
Motivation approaches of employees in Russian Enterprise

The purpose of this work is to analyze HR motivational practices in Holiday LLC and develop recommendations for their improvement. The research methods were the analysis of literary sources, methods of economic analysis, such as the method of means, the index method, the method of relative magnitudes, the graphical method, the analysis of documents, the survey of workers. Research procedures. The analysis of the staff made it possible to draw up a general picture of the state of the company's human resources. The analysis of the documents made it possible to compare the provisions regulating the motivational policy of the company with its needs, conditioned by the business strategy. The analysis of labor motivation expenditures made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of spending on employee motivation. The economic analysis made it possible to compare the company's expenses on personnel with the indicators characterizing the formation of the company's profit. The survey made it possible to assess the satisfaction with the work of employees of the company as well as individual components. As a result, deficiencies in the motivational policy of LLC Holiday were revealed. Conclusions. It was concluded that there are shortcomings in the company's motivational policy based on the analysis of HR motivational practices at Holiday LLC. In view of the identified shortcomings, recommendations have been developed to improve the motivational policy in LLC Holiday.
Quality Management Methods in Construction company

The aim of the work is quality management research in LLC StroyCapital. Research methods: analysis of theoretical sources on the problems of quality management, analysis of normative documents in the field of quality management, analysis of the organization's documents regulating quality management, analysis of business processes related to quality management, analysis of economic indicators. Research procedures. The analysis of objects and subjects of quality management in the organization made it possible to identify the units responsible for managing each of the quality management objects in the company. The analysis of the company's documents in the field of quality management made it possible to compare them with regulatory requirements, assess compliance with the business features of the organization. Analysis of the main business processes related to quality management made it possible to identify limitations in control points related to quality management. The analysis of economic indicators made it possible to conduct an economic assessment of the quality management problems in the company. The construction of the Ishikawa Diagram allowed to establish a causal relationship in the emergence of quality management problems, to draw a conclusion about the cause of quality management problems related to the qualifications of workers. Conclusions. The problem of quality management in the company is connected with insufficient qualification of workers. To solve it, it is necessary to improve the skills of workers.

The subject of the bachelor work is LLC "LUKOIL-Trans". The aim is to analyze the organizational structure of company management in terms of the viability of the enterprise subject to the conditions of the "new reality" on the example of activity of LLC "Lukoil-trans" to develop proposals to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise management. Russia's largest operator of rail transportation of bulk cargoes in the international and domestic communications. Society expedite and provides railway wagons for transportation of crude oil, petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gases, products of chemical enterprises in all CIS countries, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Germany, Poland, China. Bachelor work has been divided into two main parts. In the first part covers the basic terminology, it was shown the basic organizational structures and their changes in the concept. The second part describes the company and its business activities, includes the analysis of the organizational structure of the enterprise management and provides suggestions for improvement.

It provides different services including hotel accommodation service for citizens of the Czech Republic. The thesis is split into three main parts. The first part describes the theoretical bases of hotel management and crisis management. In this thesis it to be told about development of an imageology in Russia, image definition, his contents and types is given. It is told about communication of image and competitiveness at the enterprise. As growth of value of the consumer to goods and services is result of formation of image. At the thesis there is a general characteristic of the enterprise and image of LLC Alliance Distribution Company is analyzed. Actions for improvement of image and councils for increase of competitiveness of the enterprise due to image are written.
