The subject of the bachelor work is LLC "LUKOIL-Trans". The aim is to analyze the organizational structure of company management in terms of the viability of the enterprise subject to the conditions of the "new reality" on the example of activity of LLC "Lukoil-trans" to develop proposals to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise management. Russia's largest operator of rail transportation of bulk cargoes in the international and domestic communications. Society expedite and provides railway wagons for transportation of crude oil, petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gases, products of chemical enterprises in all CIS countries, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Germany, Poland, China. Bachelor work has been divided into two main parts. In the first part covers the basic terminology, it was shown the basic organizational structures and their changes in the concept. The second part describes the company and its business activities, includes the analysis of the organizational structure of the enterprise management and provides suggestions for improvement. Předmětem bakalářské práce je LLC "LUKOIL-Trans". Cílem je analyzovat organizační strukturu řízení podniku z hlediska životaschopnosti podniku za podmínek "nové skutečnosti" na příkladu aktivity LLC "Lukoil-trans" vytvořit návrhy na zlepšení organizační strukturu řízení podniku. Největší ruský provozovatel železniční přepravu hromadných nákladů v mezinárodních i tuzemských komunikací. Společnost ekspediruet a poskytuje železničních vagonů pro přepravu ropy, ropných produktů, zkapalněné ropné plyny, výrobky z chemických podniků ve všech zemích SNS, Bulharsku, Rumunsku, Finsku, Německu, Polsku, Číně. Bakalářská práce byla rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části pokrývá základní terminologii, bylo prokázáno základní organizační struktury a jejich změn v koncepci. Druhá část popisuje společnost a její obchodní aktivity, zahrnuje analýzu organizační struktuře řízení podniku a návrhy na zlepšení.
