Add-in in MS Excel for creating models of system dynamics
Vlach, Michal ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Dalihod, Martin (referee)
This work deals with system dynamics. Its main task is to create and description of the add-in to Excel that allows users to model the stock and flow model directly in Excel. Furthermore, there is discussed about the general theory of system dynamics, systems and models. There is also described the history of programming languages and their development to C #, in which the supplement was created. The thesis also presents competition created add-in.
System model of organizations management
Černý, Michal ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Dalihod, Martin (referee)

In today's rapidly changing times, one of the key areas of managerial work is also use various tools to support management and decisive actions. One of these tools include model development and subsequent implementation of the model simulations. Models provide the ability to experiment with various decisions, and thereby provide a basis for establishing appropriate policies and strategies. And these models properties can be used in the management of organizations. For creation of models exist many different approaches. One of these approaches is systems approach, which is including system dynamics. The task of this text was to establish a framework for the formation of systemic management model any organization that would help managers to improve management of the organization. To achieve this goals is necessary to develope general model of organization elements, describe their possible links and determine methodology of creating a system model of the organization.
ICT scrap and recycling
Végh, Petr ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Dalihod, Martin (referee)
The objective of this thesis is to find an optimal solution for recycling and ICT scrap take-back. In order to attain this target a thorough analysis of ICT scrap recycling's current conditions was conducted. This work also examined recycling facilities dealing with ICT scrap and analysed recyclers based on defined criterions and the best one was chosen. Furthermore products' content was analysed and suggestions were made to optimise its content and eliminate contained dangerous substances having negative impact on the environment and scrapyard operators. Once analysis of take-back schemes in the Czech Republic had been done a new model of take-back system was introduced. This model should be able to achieve nearly 100% return rate of purchased ICT products.

The model of ERP system users behavior in post-implementation phase
Bašus, Martin ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Dalihod, Martin (referee)
The master thesis deals with ERP implementation projects, especially in context of post-implementation phase. It examines the impact of user behavior on the realized benefits of the newly established information system. Important point of the thesis is the acceptance of the system by users and their resistance to change. Significant causal relationships with the potential to influence successfull ERP implementation are described. By using system dynamics approach the model is created and simulations are then carried out. Subsequently, the results are presented and analyzed.
The impacts of online social networks on users
Kobrle, Daniel ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Dalihod, Martin (referee)
The purpose of this work is to analyze the current state of online social networks and their impact on users.
