The Prohibition of Discrimination as a Legal Problem in the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights JUDr. Kristýna Dolejšová Kabelová This dissertation thesis is focused on the examination of the prohibition of discrimination in the European system of the protection of human rights as based on the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamentals Freedoms (hereinafter referred to it as the "European Convention"). The European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter referred to as the "European Court"), in its role as a component of this system of protection, acts as an international judicial organ that reviews individual applications concerning an alleged breach of the European Convention by a Member State. In the area of the protection of human rights such prohibition of discrimination is based on the fundamental principle of equality, and constitutes an integral part of all important international instruments for the protection of such rights, and of the modern national legal orders of states. Inevitably, however, the legal systems of modern-day states are built upon distinctions, categorizations and classifications inherent to their societies, creating unintentional opportunities for discrimination. The current form of uncovered hemp grow houses in Czech republic

The work presents description of the current form of non - legal cannabis cultivation in bg grow houses, in the Czech Republic. It maps the methods, used by the growers and also usable material for the highest success in breeding for enhanced content of delta 9 - tetrahydrocannabinol in cannabis. And also provides a partial insight into the activities of police in detecting these illegal grow houses. The aim of this work wasn't to completely map this specific area, but to describe and compare the informations, which are available from the public sources and which deal with the theory of manuals on hemp cultivation and mutually compare the different procedures used in real grow houses. The theoretical part summarizes the facts from literature focused on this topic. It defines the term cannabis, describes procedures and equipment needed to grow in the soil, then summarizes the requirements for a particular hydroponic cultivation, explains the concept of grow houses and provides possible ways to detect them. The practical part is dedicated to the research, the results are evaluated and then draw the answers to research questions and conclusions arising from this study. The Differences between Public and Commercial Radio Broadcasting (exemplified by Radiožurnál and Rádio Impuls)

Diploma thesis The Differences between Public and Commercial Radio Broadcasting (exemplified by Radiožurnál and Rádio Impuls) deals with differences in broadcasting of public radio station Radiožurnál and commercial radio station Rádio Impuls. The selection of stations was not random. Radiožurnál stays according to Radioprojekt, official radio audience research realized by companies MEDIAN and STEM/MARK, the longterm most listened radio station of Czech Radio and belong to most listened radio station countrywide. Rádio Impuls is since the begining of this research most listened radio station countrywide. Diploma thesis does not examine general differences in radio broadcasting between these two radio stations which are valid for another radio stations of Czech Radio and for other commercial radio stations. Instead of this it deals with specific differences in their radio broadcasting. After introductory inclusion of examined radio stations to media system in the Czech Republic, description of their origin and current format, other chapters focus on individual differences. Attention is dedicated to programs, news, moderators' inputs and two publicistic programs - Ranní interview and Tři Impulsy na tělo. Last chapter evaluates audio, lexical, morphological and syntactical level of moderators'speeches.

Addiction to pc gaming - typology of Czech players and their therapy options, qualitative probe, experiences of Czech therapists

Backround: In Czech Republic, the addiction on computer games is an unexplore area. Unlike abroad, There exist only few research focused specifically on the typology of game players and also on the treatment methodes Aims: The aim of this thesis was to map clients present in treatment of addiction on computer games, as it's seemed by clinicians (psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists and educational workers) working with clients with non-substance addiction. Another aim is to discover which games are prefered by Czech players, who are present in treatment with addiction on computer games, and what is their motivation to play them. Finally I want to describe therapeutic procedures, used by clinicians during the treatment of this clients. Methods: Qualitative methods were used for data collection - semistructured interview based on questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by inductive analysis, using method of contrast and comparison and method of formation of clusters. Sample: The basic sample was made up of employees of ambulances, the pedagogical and Education Care Centers in Czech Republic. The overall number of facilities that participed this research was 72. MOTUS CIVIC ASSOCIATION

Bachelor thesis "o.s. MOTUS" describes the history and development of civic society MOTUS, which manages the space of theatre Alfred ve dvoře. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to Ctibor Turba. It focuses on his production and work practice, which led to the foundation of the theatre Divadlo mimů Alfred ve dvoře. This thesis follows the genesis of theatre ? its procedure of building by Ctibor Turba, the period of his production there and consequent assumption by civic society MOTUS. Further in the work a few projects are described, the most emphasized being Nová síť. Civic society Nová síť is widely distributing different theatre performances to regions of Czech Republic and abroad. This thesis contains hooked illustrations, which shows us the development of propagation materials of theatre Alfred ve dvoře.
