5.1 Amplifier
Chytil, Lukáš ; Háze, Jiří (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the theory of amplifier and design of multichannel amplifier. It´s going on 5.1 amplifier, which will be implemented to amplifier from Genius Home Theatre company. This amplifier has 8 ohm`s input impedance. The power of this system will be designed to 120 W. The design consists of an mixer, filtres and power amplifier. The volume will be controlled digitally through volume controller, which will be controlled through microcontroller. On this microcontroller will be conected bluetooth module to control volume through Bluetooth and encoder to control volume manually.
Planetarium
Chytil, Lukáš ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on a project of new building of Planetarium in Prostějov in Olomouc district. The project is in accordance eith official assignment and with contemporary Czech standards and legislation. Building is placed to biggest park of Prostějov, next to the centre of city on an empty plot owned by city. Object should serve to the people as a cultural centre. The building plan is irregullarly-sharped with maximum dimensions 47,6 x 26,6 m and has three floors. On the first floor is galery, literature store and cafe and on the second floor is projection room and observatory. Structural systém is skelet and walls from reiforced concrete. Foundations of the building are made of concrete strip foundation and reiforced concrete square footings and strip foundations. Ceilings are made of reiforced concrete panels. There are roofs made by steel cupolas. Unsound walls are made of porous fittings. All external walls and cupolas are insulated with mineral wool. Doors and windows have aluminium frame and triple glazing, inner doors are wooden. As result there’s structurally, operationally and aesthetically functional complex, that will be benefit for the city and its citizens, especially for their cultural life.
Industrial application of TS displays
Chytil, Lukáš ; Zemánek, Miroslav (referee) ; Boušek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master thesis describes the design of control unit, which has the task to operate industrial facilities for disinfection of swimming pools or living rooms. The designed control unit is trying to regulate power and flow rate, which is controlled by electronic valve with a flowmetr. The whole design is aimed at minimizing operating costs (mainly consumed liquid oxygen). Interaction with the operator is ensured by the HMI display. There is also an effort to highlight the importance of HMI applications in the industry.
Family house with space for business
Chytil, Lukáš ; Šuhajdová, Eva (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation for implementation of construction on the two-storey family house with space for business – hairdresser´s. Object is situated on a land in flat terrain in city Nezamyslice, in Olomouc region. Construction is chosen from system Porotherm, roofed by gable roof. Doublegarage with workshop and warehouse is connected to main building ok northern side. Second floor is solution as garret over the main part of building.
Sound Generation for RC Model
Chytil, Lukáš ; Maršík, Lukáš (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the sounding of an electrically driven RC model. I focused on an RC car that will make the sound of a real internal combustion car when running. The intention of the work was to equip the model with hardware and design an algorithm that will simulate the sound of the car based on the position of the throttle stick on the controller. The contribution of my work is an affordable sound system solution, from which a product could be created.
Applications of chiral and achiral chromatography in pharmacology and toxicology
Chytil, Lukáš ; Slanař, Ondřej (advisor) ; Bultas, Jan (referee) ; Coufal, Pavel (referee)
Development and validation of methods for analysis of several drugs or their metabolites are decribed in this thesis. The document is presented as a commentary to the original papers, which were published in peer reviewed journals. Discussion on the optimization of each method is presented and covers also method development and influence of preanalytical aspects. Additionally, examples of the application of the developed methods in clinical pharmacology and toxicology are shown. This dissertation consists of three parts: enantiomeric determination of tramadol and its metabolite, determination of some antihypertensive drugs, and qualitative analysis of benzodiazepines. Development of a method for chiral analysis of tramadol and its desmethylated metabolite O- desmethyltramadol (ODT) in human urine and plasma is described in the first part of the thesis. Tramadol is a centrally acting analgetic drug, which is used as racemate in clinical practise. Each enantiomer displays different binding properties for various receptors: (+)-tramadol preferentially inhibits serotonin reuptake while (-)-tramadol mainly inhibits noradrenalin reuptake. (+)-tramadol is considered 10-times more potent than (-)-tramadol. Major active metabolite (ODT), which is considered to be the main agent responsible for the...
