Specifics of the radiodiagnostic examinations in the Hospital of Pelhřimov, p.o.
CHADIMOVÁ, Tereza
Nowadays, sciascopy examinations are increasingly being replaced by other examination methods, which include especially CT examinations, and therefore their number is gradually decreasing. The first goal of the bachelor thesis entitled "Specifics of radio diagnostic examinations in Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization", is to describe the history of the radio diagnostic department in Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization. The second goal is to analyze trends in imaging methods with a focus on Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization, between the years 2009-2018. In the theoretical part I mentioned the history of the radio diagnostic department in Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization, and I described contrast agents, their use and distribution. The largest part was devoted to the description of radio diagnostic devices used in Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization. These include ultrasound, X-ray machine, computed tomography or skiascopic-skiagraphic wall. Another part of my bachelor thesis contains a description of examinations performed on CT apparatus and skiascopic-skiagraphic wall in Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization. For the processing of the practical part I used data obtained from Pelhřimov Hospital, allowance organization, in the form of printed operation logs, with which I created tables. I divided the tables according to the types of examinations and the individual years and compared whether the spectrum of the individual types of examinations on the CT apparatus and the skiascopic-sciagraphic wall have changed in the past ten years. The contribution of this bachelor thesis serves as a background material for the staff of the radio diagnostic department in Pelhřimov Hospital. Furthermore, it is intended to inform the public and other health facilities.
Corruption

Title Corruption. English Abstract The rigorous work deals with the evaluation of the level of criminal substantive law and criminal procedural law with the greatest emphasis on the national level. The primary goal of this work is to find out how it is currently possible to face the corruption and whether the Czech legislation provides useful tools to help fight against the corruption. As the necessary prerequisite for the fight against the corruption is the prevention of the corruption, the detection of corruption practices and the need to punish enough the corruption, this rigorous work divides instruments of the fight against the corruption into three groups, first group is preventive instruments, second group is instruments of detection and third group is instruments of sanctions. The rigorous work deals with all of these groups of instruments when attention is paid both in general and also specifically on Czech criminal law. In order to assess the effectiveness of all instruments, the first criterion is a sufficient scale, which means whether the Czech legislation can punish all types of corruption, the second criterion is the ability to search for, secure and make available sufficient evidence, and the third criterion is the stringency of punishments. The introductory part deals with the definition of...

Chadimová, Tereza
This diploma thesis deals with age management in bank sector of the Czech republic and with satisfaction of elderly bank employees. The aim of the thesis is to make suggestions and provide recommendations to improve application of age management principles in bank sector, as well as suggestions that human resources and managers can take to improve the satisfaction of elderly bank employees. In the section of quantitative questionnaire research there are applied exact methods of statistical analysis and in pursuance of qualitative research there are applied methods of semistructured interviews with bank managers or workers of HR department. The closing part contains suggestions and advice for improvement of application of age management principles and improvement of satisfaction of elderly bank employees.
Snižují regulační T lymfocyty riziko autoimmunity indukované CD8+ T lymfocyty?
Chadimová, Tereza ; Štěpánek, Ondřej (advisor) ; Šenolt, Ladislav (referee)
5 Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are essential for the maintenance of peripheral self-tolerance and prevention of autoimmunity by suppressing the response of self-reactive CD8+ and CD4+ T cells. However, while interactions of Tregs with CD4+ T cells have been extensively studied, their effect on the self-tolerance of CD8+ T cells has not been explored in detail. The main aim of this diploma project was to provide evidence whether and how Tregs prevent autoimmunity induced by CD8+ T cells. We used an experimental mouse model of autoimmune diabetes allowing us to acutely deplete Tregs and titrate the number of self-reactive T cells, self- antigen affinity, and self-antigen doses. We found out that Tregs play an important role in the prevention of CD8+ T-cell mediated autoimmunity. Moreover, we revealed that Tregs suppress both high-affinity T cells that escape negative selection and relatively weakly self-reactive, but numerous, positively selected T cells. Tregs do so by increasing requirement for the number of self-reactive CD8+ T cells required for the autoimmunity induction. Intriguingly, presence of Tregs does not impact threshold for self-antigen. Moreover, for the first time, we showed that Tregs can suppress CD8+ T-cell-mediated autoimmunity in the absence of conventional CD4+ T cells. This means that...

Regulatory CD8+ T lymphocytes
Chadimová, Tereza ; Štěpánek, Ondřej (advisor) ; Grobárová, Valéria (referee)
Regulatory T cells are essential for the maintenance of peripheral immune tolerance, preventing alloimmunity and pathogen-induced immunopathology. While regulatory CD4+ T lymphocytes have been studied for over two decades, the existence of regulatory T lymphocytes in the CD8+ compartment is still controversial. Through the years, multiple CD8+ T lymphocytes subpopulations have been reported to exhibit regulatory activity, yet none has been canonically recognized. The aim of this thesis is to review current knowledge of these putative CD8+ regulatory lymphocytes and evaluate whether or not these subsets can be established as regulatory T cells. The emphasis of this thesis will be put on the phenotypic characteristics, regulatory activity and inhibitory mechanisms of these cells. Keywords: CD8+ Regulatory T lymphocytes, immunological self-tolerance, immunosuppression
Marketingová strategie vybrané společnosti
Chadimová, Tereza
The main subject in this bachelor thesis is the creation of the marketing strategy and the suggestion how to realize this strategy in practice for selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts - literary search and the own work. Lite-rary search contains theoretical knowledge needed for understanding issues, which relates to the process of the creation of the marketing strategy. This theory is in the own work applied in practice for the company named Profilox s.r.o. and its shops selling pet supplies and live animals named Hobby ZOO. There is also described marketing mix and segments and performed the environment analyzes by which is the SWOT matrix created. The specific marketing strategy is then deri-ved from that SWOT matrix. This marketing strategy should the company follow to increase the number of customers of The Hobby ZOO to generate a higher company's profit and to fix a position at the market.
Comparative analysis of systems for collecting biodegradable municipal waste in selected regions
Chadimová, Tereza ; Louda, Jiří (advisor) ; Loužek, Marek (referee)
This thesis defines the basic terms in the field of biodegradable waste and describes the relevant legal norms. In an effort to reduce landfilling of waste, the European Commission issued the Directive 31/99/EC on the landfills of waste. One of the aims of this Directive is reducing the amount of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills. Fulfillment of the requirements is analyzed in two countries, the Czech Republic and Italy. The thesis examines two specific areas, Bílina village in the Czech Republic and Carugate village in Italy. It analyzes projects which support the separate collection of biodegradable municipal waste. In the end the thesis compares success of this projects. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question: "How (with what types of tools) do analyzed regions fulfill EU requirements in Directive 1999/31/EC - the landfill?"
