Construction details of buildings evaluation from energy demand point of view
Císař, Milan ; Šikula, Ondřej (referee) ; Adam, Pavel (advisor)
Theoretical part of Diploma thesis deals with issues about thermal bridges and thermal connections in building structures. The Calculating part focused on the family houses with a low heat use. The results of this part are energy and financial evaluations of family house. The last part deals with the using of computer technology in engineering practice. These chapters devote about computer modeling an assembly details of passive house and family house after reconstruction (the dates of family house after reconstruction are compared with the results from experimental measurements). The last section of this Diploma thesis solves dynamic modelling of particular passive house in simulation program called Trnsys.
Ventilation of multifunctional building
Císař, Milan ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Adam, Pavel (advisor)
The first part of the Bachelor's thesis deals fire safety issue in the air conditioning. The second part solves the proposal of forced ventilation in the premises of multifunctional building. Each parts of building are designed for a offices purposes, hairdresser's, fitness club and areas for a living. At first, the object is evaluated according a thermal performance and other processes are related with the design of air conditioning equipments (determination of airflows, proposal of distribution elements, dimension of conduits, design of air handling units and reduction of noise). Documentation for implementation of this air conditioning equipments is elaborated at the last part of this work.

The office spaces development in Prague after 1989
Císař, Milan ; Heřmanová, Eva (advisor) ; Sýkora, Luděk (referee)
In the nineties of the twentieth century the Prague office space market looked totally different from its current situation. The demand significantly exceeded the supply on the market and there was an entire lack of high-quality office places, which were built mostly in the city centre. There were predominating small projects of office and residential reconstructions which were limited by historical monument regulation and lack of space in the city centre. As of now the supply is prevailing on the Prague office space market and the situation for developers and tenants has totally changed. The competition of developers has rapidly increased and further increase is expectable. The development of new office buildings has moved from the city centre to the inner and outer city and the developers have focused on the multifunctional complexes, conversion of brownfields and construction of large city districts instead of separate office buildings. Prague office development is comparable with the development in Budapest and Warsaw. Commercialization of the city centre and suburbanization is even typical for all four capital cities in Central and Eastern Europe.
