Bláža, Lukáš ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Selected parameters of fitness assesment of elite young soccer players Objectives: This work identifies selected parameters of the fitness readiness of young elite soccer players. Additionally, we describe terrain motor tests focusing on the metrics of speed, dexterity, and agility, amongst others. Finally, we describe the results of the tests and analyze the speed capabilities and individual indicators by using the motor terrain tests. Methods: Subjects were studied using field testing specific to soccer. Participants were elite soccer players under 16 years old who were in the national selection. The subjects attended a measurement at national level with artificial grass, the standard playing conditions. We investigated the speed capabilities of each player, followed by a statistical evaluation of the results using computer programs. Results: The individuals tested showed very good condition parameters, forming a homogeneous assemblage. An analysis of the players' motor test performances determined their speed abilities. It was found that at single speeds in various sections of a run, which the players achieve during a twenty meter run, the curve of acceleration rises and plateaus as they start to maintain their speed. Kabelák, Tomáš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Topic: The relationship between the level of technique skills and performance in small- sided games in U12 football players. Objective: To find the diferences in success of defeating an opponent in small-sided games between three groups of players (devided according to level of technical mastery of defeating an opponent in technical exercise without an opponent). To find the relationship between level of technique skill in defeating an opponent and success of defeating an opponent in real condition in small-sided games in U12 football players. Methods: Evaluation was based on our test. Small-sided games were used for evaluation of success of defeating an opponent in situations 1 on 1. Methods of direct and indirect assessment with help of video were used for assessment of the test as well as the small-sided games. Results: Significant effect size differences were found between groups of players in small-sided games in % success of defeating an opponent and % success of keeping the ball in attempt to defeating an opponent. The results suggests that players with higher level of technical skills in defeating an opponent are more successful in defeating an opponent in real game situations. Nevertheless, the statistically significant results weren't found. Key words: Football, motor skills, small-sided...

An analysis of thr quick counter - attack
Toncar, Jan ; Buzek, Mario (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: An analysis of the quick counter-attack Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to analyse successful quick counter-attacks. In order to do this, we watched all seven matches played by the Czech under-20 team at the World Cup in 2007. We monitored players in attack and also in defence. Another aim is to de- termine the place where is the quick counter-attack is established and how it is develo- ped. Equally important is our intention to outline the content of individual scenarios and to evaluate the ones which lead to goals. Methods: In this thesis we have employed the indirect viewing method using video recordings. We analysed successful quick counter-attacks from two points of view; from that of quanti- ty and quality. The former concentrates on the study of individual successful counter- attacks. Analysis studies the scenarios. Results: The results show which quick counter-attack scenarios were implemented by the Czech under-20 team in the 2007 World Cup. They also explain the use of the quick counter- attack in today's modern game and it is posible to work into training routines the scena- rios which are elaborated in this dissertation, and so successfully to apply them in diffe- rent performance groups. Keywords: Football, quantity and quality analysis, scenario.

The first method deals with observing and making video recordings which will be consequently analysed and evaluated. The second method will be based on questioning both the trainer and the chosen players using a short questionnaire. Results: My thesis will serve as positive and negative feedback for the observed trainer who can use the provided material with particular recommendations in order to improve his work. Further, the mentioned recommendations can be used by all trainers involved in youth categories as it is material which can help them with the procedure of explaining and supervising exercises.
