Tomboy - the identity of a young school girl with non-feminine features

My bachelor's thesis deals with development of the identity of a young school girl with non- feminine features. I am trying to bring insight into her self-perception, to understand questions like what are her differences, how she feels about her position in the family and among school friends, what are her role models and whether she wants to get rid of her differences or whether they are desirable. I am also trying to look into the social context of her closest environment and her classroom, what is dominant idea of femininity and masculinity in that class, whether she can be the target of homophobia due to her being different and what is her teacher's attitude towards her. I found that in the girl's class, gender plays an important part. The girl with insufficient femininity is being excluded. Assessment of femininity by her peers is a subject to common social and class norms. Class norms do not follow her family background, where there is distinctive overemphasis on masculinity compared to femininity. Expressions of masculinity are valued and strengthened by role models. The process of constructing social status during transition to new classroom

The aim of the research was to describe and understand the process of constructing social status during transition from elementary school to high school. The theoretical part focuses on the classroom as a social group, there is described the social structure of the classroom, as well as the most common roles and sociometric positions that occur in the classroom. There are also discussed relevant topics about adolescence and possible ways for exploring social relations within the classroom. In the empirical part I present a qualitative research, in which have been involved five high schools from Prague and its surroundings, N= 104 students. For this purpose two questionnaires were used - sociometric rating questionnaire SORAD and questionnaire mapping experience of the individuals in interpersonal relationships and their satisfaction with the change of the school community. Based on data analysis and interpretive methods, I conclude that social status is constructed in the earliest interactions between members and there is only a little variability. Social status is made up of two categories - relational skill, which is expressed by popularity, and social force, that is expressed by the ratio of power in the group. The position of the financial consultancy in the Czech Republic with a view into the future

The aim of this master's thesis is to describe the current situation in financial advisory services in the Czech Republic. It contains an analysis of financial advisory companies on the Czech market. Another goal is to monitor the financial literacy of the Czech population. In the theoretical part it is referred to the difference of working with personal finance among the Western nations and the Czech population. The following describes the reasons why the families of the Western economies get richer faster than the Czech. There are carefully analyzed the financial counseling process and discussed the reasons why the service is beneficial. The practical part is made inquiries about the use of financial advisory services in the Czech Republic and related topics satisfaction. The survey is also aimed at providing current information on the work of people of different ages and social groups with personal finances. The conclusion summarizes all the results and the survey questionnaire.

Directing of Business Subject Connected to the Nets and its Utilization in Selected Territory.

The main goal of this thesis was to analyze present condition in wide context, to propose solution of other development cooperation in choice territory and to express his efficiency. The object of research is company HS AUTO, spol. s r. o, connected to the automobile net, which is occurring in České Budějovice. In terms of solution diploma work were elaborated SWOT analysis of choice company and Porter´s five forces model of competitive surrounding. On the basis of worked analyses were created strategy and measures, which are adverting to present condition and are trying to contribute to development of company activities. On basis of assembled information and performed analyses was effected proposal for cooperation improvement in terms of net with emphasis on improvement and development company activities and its function.

Systém vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti Grupo Antolin Turnov, s.r.o.

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřím na systematické vzdělávání pracovníků. V první části popíši podle dostupné teorie, co systém vzdělávání zahrnuje. Ve druhé části uvedu metodiku, kterou jsem při zjišťování potřebných informací použila. V praktické části zpracuji informace získané z dotazníkového šetření, které jsem provedla ve společnosti Grupo Antolin Turnov, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem šetření je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců této společnosti s již nastaveným systémem vzdělávání. Nakonec mé práce shrnuji kladné a záporné stránky tohoto systému a uvádím možné doporučení.
