v anglickém jazyce The aim of this thesis named Development aspects of the relationship between judicial system and administrative structure in Czechoslovakia (1918-1938) considering the development of the German administrative justice is to analyse the basic development aspects of the relationship between executive and judicial power in Czechoslovakia. The capstones of the thesis are particularly state administration of the courts, territorial scope and administrative justice. Moreover, a comparative part describing the administrative justice and the gradual elimination of the separation of powers in Germany in the thirties was added. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first one introduces the matter. The second chapter defines the essential terms like separation of powers, executive and judicial power, state and public administration, judicial system, as well as state administration of the courts, territorial scope and administrative justice. The third chapter deals with the history of the relationship between administration and judicial system in Austria and Austro-Hungarian Empire in the second half of the 19th century. The criminal procedure law recodification from 1948 to 1950

The aim of this dissertation work is to analyze the progress of recodification works during the so-called two-year legal plan, this being illustrated on preparations of the Criminal Procedure Code. The conclusions can be applied to contemporary efforts of recodification of the Criminal Procedure Code - especially from the organisational and material point of view. The first part of the paper deals with the state of criminal procedure law in Czechoslovakia before the commencement of the two-year legal plan and with the recodification attempts between 1918 and 1947. The next chapter describes the two-year legal plan, its announcement, development, organisation of work and results. It is followed by a chapter devoted to the preparation of the Criminal Procedure Code itself. This part analysis the activities of the Ministry of Justice in this respect, the codification department of the Ministry of Justice, its codification committee and subcommittees. In 1949 the subcommittees drafted a fundamental bill that served as a basis for the preparation of the outline of the Criminal Procedure Code elaborated at the beginning of 1950. Political trials in Czechoslovakia after 1948 : the case of general Karel Kutlvašr et al.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the political trials, their legal basis, factors that influence them and the mechanism of their functioning. The main factor that affects these trials is power or more precisely policy. Law is not among these factors, on the contrary in the case of acquisition of absolute power, law helps the ruler in enforcing his intentions. Legal order itself is not able to prevent suppression of political rights of individuals, because it requires the whole interconnected system containing mainly legal institutes. Political trials as an effective way to suppress the opposition are still used; it depends only on the extent of abuse of positive law. Connection with political power is obvious. Czechoslovak political trials in 50's are characterized by considerable variability of the results due to the current political situation. Reassessment of previous conclusions does not necessarily come with the change of political regime. The second part of this thesis shows the influence of political setting on the results of political trials. This is demonstrated on the case called "Truth will prevail".

Socioekonomicky slabší mikroregiony JMK: analýza vybraných demografických a ekonomických ukazatelů

The following bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of the selected demographic and economic indicators in socio-economically disadvantaged microregions such as Vranovsko, Hornacko and Mala Hana in the years 2001-2011. In this timeframe the indicators of population trends, age index, level of entrepreneurial activity, unemployment rate are being analyzed and compared to those in the South Moravian Region. Their socio-economic situation is evaluated on the basis of the obtained data. The evaluated microregions are further subjugated to analysis of the basic demographic processes displayed by dint of the demographic characteristics (birth rate, mortality, natural reproduction, migration). By using of the time series compensation method and suitable mathematic function their development trend is predicted until the year 2020.

Specificity of unit linked life insurance

V rámci diplomové práce je popsán vývoj a základní charakteristiky investičního životního pojištění. Podstatná část práce je věnována samotné konstrukci zmíněného pojistného produktu. Nejprve se zaobírá investiční částí produktu, tedy tématem podílových fondů, oceněním podílových jednotek a strukturou příslušných poplatků. Posléze přechází k části týkající se samotného pojištění a popisuje postup při odvození pojistné částky, pojistného plnění a opět rozebírá strukturu příslušných poplatků. Pozornost je soustředěna taky na moderní metody v pojišťovnictví, které jsou využívány i při konstrukci investičního životního pojištění. Podrobně je rozebírán hlavně profit testing a analýza citlivosti. V závěru jsou popsány specifika trhu investičního životního pojištění ve Velké Británii a v České republice.
