The principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression

The subject of this master's thesis is the principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression, which is one of the most important principles of substantive criminal law. According to this principle, the means of criminal law can only be applied to cases that reach the required level of social harm, and at the same time, in these cases, the application of liability under another legal enactment is sufficient. The thesis is divided into three chapters, which are subdivided into subsections. In the first chapter, the basic principles of substantive criminal law and their possible relationship to the principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression are discussed in more detail. This part is followed by a definition of the concept of subsidiarity of criminal repression. The concept of ultima ratio is inextricably linked to the principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression. For this reason, a separate subsection is devoted to their mutual relationship within the first chapter of the thesis. As part of the thesis, attention is also paid to the relationship between criminal liability and liability under private and administrative law. Aplication of yoga exercises in czech nursery schools

The first part of thesis deals with theoretical information about the yoga and yoga exercises for children (relaxation, breathing exercises, yoga for fingers, eyes exercises), which is possible to use in nursery schools. The second practical part includes questionnaire for parents which is investigate with knowing and interest in yoga and yoga exercises for children in nursery school. Weekly plan making use of yoga exercises for work experience.
Jan Adolf Schwarzenberg and the Order of the Golden Fleece

This thesis is devoted to the ceremonial conferment of the Order of the Golden Fleece to Jan Adolf Schwarzenberg, which took place on 1 December 1650 in Brussels. Its aim is to reconstruct the course of the individual steps of the Golden Fleece ritual celebrations. The author approaches to the celebration from the symbolic content point of view in order to interpret all chronologically arranged parts of performance. Communication net analysis of Jan Adolf Schwarzenberg is also considered to be an important tool to obtain the above mentioned awards. The author also deals with symbolic meaning of preserved Greeting sheets, sent by the Count of Schwarzenberg to the communicators in order to congratulate them on obtaining the Order.
