This bachelor’s thesis presents a marketing strategy proposal for the company Monekon spol. s r.o. dealing in accountancy and tax consultancy. It is aimed at improvement company competition through introducing new services. The first part of this work is focused on summary of basic theoretical knowledge concerning this problem. The other part contains an analysis of company surroundings and possible solutions based on it. Suggestions suitable for implementation are recommended upon questionnaire survey and calculations.

Supplementation during gravidity was another item I focused on. I tried to compare the opinion of more specialists and to find out the differences. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two parts- a research and an educational part. The research focused on the gravid women to find out their interest of gravidity nutritional needs, where do they find the information about this topic and how are they satisfied with their quality. The research confirmed my premises that women are interested about this topic and their main source of information is internet (93% of respondents use it). They are mainly satisfied with the accessibility of information but their satisfaction of understandability and contents is worse. I tried to prepare a simple and understandable educational material which should be helpful for pregnant women to cover all nutritional needs during gravidity. Importance of communication with customers

This dissertation thesis deals a question what importance has for a company its communication with customers. It represents a suggestion on arrangement of complex care for current customers through introduction of new services including suitable communication with them. The first part of this work is focused on summary of basic theoretical knowledge concerning this problem. The other part contains an analysis of present situation of the company and results of questionnaire investigation realized. Individual suggestions based on these results were presented and evaluated from financial view, too. The thesis results in suggestions recommended to realization.
