Proceedings in Commercial Register Matters Abstract The topic of this diploma thesis is the proceedings in commercial register matters, i.e. proceedings before civil courts on the entries of legally relevant facts in the commercial register. The commercial register is an important institute, especially for business relations involving entrepreneurs, which ensures the transparency of the entrepreneur through the registration of their relevant information and further makes such information publicly available to third parties. In addition to the option of contacting a notary, it is also possible to achieve the required registration in the commercial register through legal proceedings before the civil (so-called register) courts that decide on them. The ambition of this thesis is to describe, analyse and critically evaluate the existing legal regulation of proceedings in commercial register matters, or the current legal status of its important institutes, as well as to point out controversial issues and outline their possible solutions. Case study of Vote Leave campaign from the political marketing perspective

The subject matter of this bachelor's thesis is campaign Vote Leave, which was designated as the official campaign supporting the leave option in the 2016 British referendum concerning the membership of Great Britain in the European Union. The period in which this campaign is studied in the thesis dates from March 2015 to 23. 6. 2016. The aim of this thesis is to ascertain if the campaign used methods of political marketing by identifying and describing instruments of political marketing in the process of the campaign. This bachelor's thesis uses a method of case study. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author describes the theory of political marketing and its instruments, primarily based on theoretical work by Jennifer Lees-Marshment. The practical part of thesis focuses on the context of the 2016 referendum, British attitude towards the European integration and instruments of political marketing that were used by the campaign Vote Leave. Indicators of sustainable development in the marginal areas

The aim of this work was to compare the different regions of the Czech Republic (NUTS III) for selected years 2001, 2004 and 2007 through the indicators of sustainable development. The following indicators were selected: Net migration, unemployment, level of education and GDP per capita. The level of marginality of individual regions were then defined as a combination of these indicators. The marginal regions, as well as the very marginal, were identified by usageof the chosen methodology in each of the years , The marginal one are essentially the region located in northern Bohemia and northern Moravia. As themost marginal one appeared Ústí Region.
