Impacts of disinhibition effect on social networks

This bachelor thesis deals with the disinhibition effect and its effects on social networks. Its aim is to create a questionnaire based on Suler's theory of the disinhibition effect, which is based on 6 factors (anonymity, invisibility, asynchronicity, solipsistic introjection, dissociative imagination and minimization of authority). This aim was proposed on the basis of the absence of a similar questionnaire in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on communication on social networks and users' behavior. The first chapter presents the individual social networks that are the most popular both in the Czech Republic and in the world. Further describes communication in cyberspace and the disinhibition effect itself, its factors, manifestations, causes and consequences. The second chapter describes the issue of social networks and risky behavior of users, which focuses on cyberbullying, sexting and self-disclosure. The practical part describes the method of creating a questionnaire, which is based on Suler's theory of the disinhibition effect. The research group consists of 367 respondents who filled in the final version of the created questionnaire. The resulting questionnaire is consisting of 4 disinhibition factors (anonymity, solipsistic introjection, asynchronicity and invisibility) and consists of 15 items.

The new, quick and sensitive method for assessment of risperidone and its related substances in pills was developed. The ultra-effective liquid chromatography with UV/VIS detection in 260 nm was used. The analysis was proceeded in the colony of Syncronis C18 10x3 mm with the size of the particles 1,7 µm, in the temperature of 40 řC .The mobile stadium was created by acetonitrile and by acetate regulator and the gradient elution with the flow of 0,5 ml/min was used. Development of HIV / AIDS in the Czech Republic and optimization methods of prevention in primary schools

The master thesis deals the development of HIV / AIDS in the Czech Republic and optimization methods of prevention in primary schools. The thesis is divided in the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part analyzes data from the scientific literature and resources in the emergence of HIV infection, the modes of transmission of HIV, the development of AIDS, the investigative methods, the possibilities for treatment and prevention. The practical part of the research is based on an investigation which was carried out through interviews with professionals dealing with primary prevention of sexual transmitted infections. The aim of research was to find out whether there is sufficient quantity of primary prevention programs, how they are presented to pupils. The outcome of research suggests that education at the elementary school is not what it could be. In conclusion, recommendations are made to optimize education in practice. Observation of the imitation capability of the orofacial motor skill as a part of a global motor model with children in the first six months of their life

The aim of the diploma thesis was to observe the capability of imitation in orofacial area of three days old infants and analyze if the capability relates to quality of psychomotor development, thus whether it relates with a global motor model. This paper is a pilot study comprising seventeen infants. Each of them was supposed to attend four visits during the first six months of their life. It included visits in the first few days, between the fourth and the sixth week, the third month and the sixth month of their life. The psychomotor development was examined and within the first visit there was established communication with the child by means of eye contact and imitation. Each child's attempt at imitation and response was recorded. This thesis can serve as a basis for further research dealing with this topic that includes the imitation skill of mirror neurons related to psychomotor development.
