On-line marketing activities evaluation of SNOWBOARD ZEZULA s.r.o.

This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the most important aspects of the on-line marketing tools utilisation in conditions of SNOWBOARD ZEZULA s.r.o. The first part deals with the issues of importance of the internet, marketing management and their correlation. Then, a definition of the most important terms and current trends in this field follows. In the second, practical part of this work, the theoretical findings are used to work out an on-line marketing activities analysis of the company. This evaluation is focused mainly on uncovering possible critical points and undiscovered opportunities. Finally, improvement suggestions and possible solutions of the problems uncovered during the analysis are outlined.

The master’s thesis deals with Balanced Scorecard implementation within a company environment. The object of the thesis is to increase the effectiveness of strategic management which can be achieved through proper implementation of the method. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts of strategic management, followed by the description of method BSC, its implementation and risks. The practical part is focused on creating a business strategy and the model BSC implementation in particular company. As an auxiliary tool for management decision making a fuzzy model was developed and then a dialogue is held with fuzzy expert system.
