Problems of the Remuneration System of the Municipal Office of the Town of Jihlava Employees

This Bachelor Thesis entitled ”Problems of the remuneration system of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava employees” analyses current state of remuneration system of this subject of public administration and proposes its improvement. In the first theoretical part, important terms of remuneration are explained; the second practical part is focused on specific system of remuneration of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava. The system was thoroughly analysed and evaluation of the employees’ satisfaction with this system was examined with opinion pool.

Problematika kyberšikany u žáků středních škol

In the Bachelor thesis there will be worked up the topic of cyberbullying among secondary school students. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the term bullying, cyberbullying and the differences between them, to define types of cyberbullying, cyberbullying forms, etiology, persons involved and impacts of cyberbullying on individuals, to outline the means of prevention and possible so-lutions of this socio-pathological phenomenon. Furthermore, in the theoretical part there will be defined the legal framework related to the cyberbullying issue and summarised the findings from the researches, that have already been done in this area. The methods, used in the theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis, will be the study of the professional literary sources, electronic Czech and foreign publi-cations, websites dealing with the topic, making of excerpts and their analysis, comparison and synthesis. The aim of the practical part of the Bachelor thesis will be to find out the incidence rate of the cyberbullying among secondary school students and what are its forms. There will be used the questionnaire method. As the data collection tool will be used the questionnaire designed for the research purposes. Respondents will be the students of 1st to 4th grade at chosen voca-tional schools. The data from the questionnaires will be processed with the use of descriptive statistics.

Charles I the Emperor of Austria - art connected with his personality and his relationship to the Lands of the Bohemian Crown

The theme of this bachelor thesis is our for the time being last king Blessed Charles I the Emperor of Austria. The work describes artworks linked to the Emperor. It deals with orders, decorations and medals he established. It gives an account of the postage stamps and the coins where he is portrayed. It also focuses on Charles' portraits, coronation mintages and memory medals connected with his Imperal and Royal Majesty and compares them with selected coronation and jubilee mintages of the Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria, Wilhelm II, Germany Emperor, and George V, the King of the United Kingdom.The bachelor thesis is also supplemented by a brief biography of Charles.

Porovnání sklízecích mlátiček různých výrobců při sklizni obilovin a řepky

The diploma thesis on comparison of combine harvesters in terms of work quality is based on professional literary research, which describes the parts of combine harvesters from adapters to threshing devices. The methodology of this thesis describes the procedure for obtaining results and values for comparison between John Deere 9640 WTS, New Holland TC5060, Claas Lexion 450 and Sampo Comia C8 combine harvesters during work. The results and the conclusion of the work compare the calculated, measured and determined results achieved precisely according to the methodology of 2017. The combine harvesters are compared in the areas of work quality, namely in the lossability, the theoretical throughput, the quality of spreading and crushing of straw and finally in efficiency and fuel consumption. The work also includes the costs associated with opearting combine harvesters.

This thesis introduces processed information and ideas related to the line for crop processing. A review of literature is focused on characteristics of basic forage and forage harvesters. The methodology includes procedures for measurement and comparison between the forage harvesters John Deere 7800 and John Deere 7300. Results of the work carry measured and calculated data which were obtained in year 2015. Harvesters are compared in terms of forage cutting and grain grinding quality, performance and fuel consumption. The work also presents the cost expenses associated with operation of the harvesters.
