Stateful Firewall for FPGA
Žižka, Martin ; Kajan, Michal (referee) ; Puš, Viktor (advisor)
This thesis describes the requirements analysis, design and implementation of stateful packet filtering to an existing stateless firewall. They also deals with testing of the implemented system. The first two chapters describe the properties NetCOPE development platform for FPGA. They also describes the principle of operation           firewall, which also serves as a requirements specification for stateful firewall. Then describes the detailed design of individual modules to modify the existing firewall and the proposal for the creation of new modules. It also discusses the implementation of the proposed modules and testing for proper operation. Finally, it discuss the current state of the thesis and describes possible future expansion.

Revenues of the Organising Committees of the Summer Olympic Games
Žižka, Martin ; Šíma, Jan (advisor) ; Kolář, František (referee)
Title: Revenues of the Organising Committees of the Summer Olympic Games Objectives: The main objective of this work is an analysis of the main revenues of the particular Organising Committees of the Summer Olympic Games. The ticketing is primarily analyses in this work. The second objective is to adjust and calculate a mechanism for transfer of currency. Values in national currencies are converted to CZK 2010, these values reflect the true value of what would have been payable in 2010 if the Olympics Games were held in the Czech Republic. Methods: The work uses methods of secondary analysis of documents for the data collection. The basic aggregate consist of the Summer Olympic games held 1896-2008, the estimates from London (2012) and Prague (2016,2020) are add to comparison. Variables are: revenues of the OVOH, revenues from television rights, revenues from a sponsorship, revenues from the TOP, revenues from ticketing, the average price of the sold ticket, the most expensive and the cheapest tickets at the Opening ceremony and number of the total sold tickets. The convert mechanism is used for convert and calculated with the exchange rates, the purchasing power parities and the consumer price index. The following analyses apply for the evaluation of results: the trend analysis for monitoring the...

Title: Olympic Broadcast Rights Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the revenue derived from the sale of the broadcasting rights to the Olympics by Olympic Movement. In the thesis are analysed the total sum of revenue, selected territory and compared the proportion that belongs to the International Olympic Committee and the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games. The secondary objective is to adapt and calculation of the conversion mechanism for the transfer of amounts reported in different currencies in different periods. Methods: Data collection is performed a secondary analysis of documents. The basic aggregate consist of the Summer Olympic Game held 1960 - 2012. The observed variables are: total revenue from broadcasting rights, revenue from broadcasting rights from Europe, the revenue from broadcasting rights from the U.S., revenue from broadcasting rights in Canada, revenue from broadcasting rights from Australia, revenue from broadcasting rights from Japan, the revenue from broadcasting rights in others countries, the number of hours produced from OH, the percentage distribution of revenues from broadcasting rights in the Olympic Movement. The transfer to the same currency using the conversion mechanism which is based on the consumer price index , purchasing power...

Managerial Evaluation of the Preparation for Construction of the Pond
Hronová, Monika ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (advisor) ; Žižka, Martin (referee)
The thesis disserts the decision making during the construction of a pond as water management source mainly focused on pre-implementation phase and the associated financial costs, from the decision of investor (builder), through appropriate site selection, to project preparation and selection of the contractor. The thesis marginally mentions the realization of the construction in terms of financial costs. In the practical part of the thesis, there is simplified procedure for pre-implementation phase, qualified estimate of the financial costs and the thesis also focuses on the selection of contractors and conditions that are related to the selection. The main contributions of the thesis is to introduce the issue of water management pre-implementation phase of construction of a pond, the procedure and conditions for decision to build a pond by the investor or hired individuals by the investor. Another practical part presents the percentage appreciation of the construction as a whole, which is divided into the costs associated with the appropriate site selection, project documentation, as well as costs associated with the purchasing of land and the cost of the construction itself. The results of this analysis showed that the avarage financial cost of 1 ha are 1,93 mil CZK. The main finding is that under these financial information is not easy to decide, because even two ponds with the acreage of 3,5 ha could have different budget, depending on the different local conditions. The guiding elements are particularly choice and suitability of the site for the construction. The final finding is, that the financial budget of the whole construction is divided into several parts. The part of pre-implementation, where is included the costs of site selection, land purchasing and project documentation, which is 9,4% of the total cost. The remaining 90,6 % of the cost is spent on the construction, which, based on the financial analysis, is the most costly.
