Administrative delict committed by vehicle operator

Title of the thesis: Administrative Offense of the Vehicle Operator The work deals with one of the specific institutes of administrative punishing in traffic which is the administrative offense of the vehicle operator. In addition to general questions of administrative punishing or to the concept of administrative offenses under the current valid and effective legislation the thesis also includes a description of the development of the institute, its characteristics, legal base and the way it works. The interdependence of the institute with the institute of the call to the payment of the determined amount is clearly shown and graphically indicated. The thesis deals with potential interventions to certain fundamental rights and freedoms and evaluates their adequacy. The aim of the work is a detailed legal analysis of the institute of the administrative offense of the vehicle operator and also pointing out its strengths and weaknesses. The main objective of the thesis is the legal analysis for compliance of the legislation with the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. After the introduction, in which the description of methods and objectives of the thesis are, follows a general section on administrative offenses. Structure of executive and supervisory bodies of joint-stock companies

The subject of the thesis is analysis of executive and supervisory bodies of joint-stock companies based on the legislation effective since 1st January 2014. The goal is to describe the structure of such bodies, their establishment, competence and guidelines for action. By comparing with the former legislation, it aims to find the differences, new institutes a possibilities brought by the recodification of private law and thus evaluate their effect and possible future influence. The thesis also points out some potentially controversial parts and defects of the new legislation.

Labour unions and collective bargaining

The bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of labour unions and collective bargaining. It describes the history and formation of labour unions, legislation, the way labour unions deal, rights that they have, areas labour unions deal with, the way a collective bargaining takes place and the way of dealing with collective disputes. In the second part the thesis concentrates on a comparison of two collective agreements with aim to choose the more beneficial one. This part is also aimed to show how a collective agreement looks and what it deals with. In the last part of the thesis there is a questionnaire, in which the respondents answered questions about labour unions. The point of the questionnaire is to find out how people perceive labour unions and to outline possible reasons of decreasing unionized employees in the Czech Republic.
