The task given for this bachelor thesis is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, designed for a family of four is located in the city area of Brno – Bosonohy, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground stories of this disposition: - basement (1S) technical and storage rooms - ground floor (1NP) main entrance with vestibule, garage and living room with an access to terrace - first floor (2NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents and children Construction system of the house – walls (consisting in basement of permanent shuttering and on ground floors of ceramic blocks) insulated with ETICS system. Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic system. Roofing is realised by a flat roof assembly of two types – walkable (terrace above ground floor) and non-walkable (main above first floor).

This thesis deals with the design documentation house for a family of four. The new building is located in the district Žďár nad Sázavou in the cadastral Lavičky. It used brick technology and longitudinal support system with two floors. The building is covered with a saddle roof and two flat vegetation roof.

Abstract The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the project documentation for the realization of a new family house in Třinec, Oldřichovice, parcel number. 3330/2. The building is located in the village of Třinec, in sparsely built-up area and will be surrounded by buildings from the north and east sides. Along the southern and western parts of the property there is a local road (N.P. 3340/5) which is 6 meters wide. On the north side is undeveloped parcel (N.P. 3344/4) and parcel (N.P. 161). In the northeast, there is a built family house with land (N.P. 65/1). The construction is formed by one building and it will not be splitted into other objects. The house has symmetrical L-shaped floor plan and it has got a partial basement. Vertical load-bearing masonry is made of Calcium silicate molded bricks Silka S12-1800 10 DF, (thickness 300 mm), basement walls are made of the same material as the aboveground storay. Partition walls are made of calcium silicite moped bricks Silka S20-2000 5 DF. The ceiling is made as monolithic-prefabricated, mounted ceiling Porotherm with ceiling beams and bars. The roof holding is supported by truss structure with wood and steel components. The building will be based on the foundation strips, simple foundation ratios. The parcel is situated in hilly terrain, vertical rise of the terrain is 6 meters. Roofing is made by a hipped roof with a slope of 35 °. Groundwater is located 8.9 m below the existing ground. The subject of my bachelor thesis is the process of structurally-technical part of the project documentation of a newly built family house in Hubenov. Resolving building is located in the western part of the village Hubenov in gently sloping terrain on the north side. The plan of the house is rectangular grand plan, in the form of semi-detached house. Roofed by a shed roof with a slope of 5°. We can generally say that we used mostly conventional building materials on this family house, apart from circumferential constructions. Those are heat-insulating ceramic fittings Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside the cavities. My bachelor thesis has also additional essey. Brick and masonry ceramic vertical in + fasteners.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a detached house with an establishment, Měrotín. The building has a floor plan consisting of two rectangles. Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. Part of this Bachelor thesis is also the essay on topic flat roofs.

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is the design and project documentation for a residential house. It is designed as a single-family detached, three-story house with a partial basement and a developed attic. The foundation system of the house is supported by MONOLITHIC foundation grade-beams. The support system of the partial basement is designed with the use of concrete blocks. The wall system of the rest of the stories uses the POROTHERM masonry system. Ceiling structures are comprised of POROTHERM ceramic-concrete members with MIAKO brick inserts. The designed proposes a two-layer ventilated flat roof. The building is situated on a level ground.

The main topic of this Bachelor thesis is design of the family house with attached place of business - grower distillery. Building consist of living part with 2 floors (where one is the attic), garage and place of business. Construction is designed for four to five person family. Building site is located in southwestern part of the municipality Ptení, direction to the Holubice village. This part is new development area for family houses. Work consist of the project documentation for construction, the technical report and seminar papers. The topic of the seminar work is flooring – mainly features and requirements of wear layer.

It is a detached family house with a smaller fitness establishment. The shape of the building is rectangular with a gabled roof. The building has two above ground and one underground floor. The residential part consists of one apartment for a family with children. Plant fitness center has a capacity of approximately 15 people. The house is built of two structural systems. The perimeter wall in the basement is concrete shuttering with fittings BTB 40/20/24 XPS polystyrene insulation thickness 160 mm and the floors of the calcium silicate system SENDWIX fittings with insulation ROCKWOOL thickness 160 mm. The ceilings are made from POROTHERM system of beams and ceramic inserts MIAKO. The supporting structure of the roof is system of hambalek.
