Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Novostavba je situována v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou, v katastrálním území Lavičky. Je použita zděná technologie a podélný nosný systém se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou a dvěma plochými vegetačními střechami. This thesis deals with the design documentation house for a family of four. The new building is located in the district Žďár nad Sázavou in the cadastral Lavičky. It used brick technology and longitudinal support system with two floors. The building is covered with a saddle roof and two flat vegetation roof.
