Lůžkový nábytek pro děti
Štěpánková, Lucie
The diploma thesis deals with the design of children's bed furniture, specifically a baby bed. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with ergonomics, typology, materials used and, last but not least, safety requirements and standards when designing children's furniture. The second, practical, part focuses on the overall process of designing and manufacturing a baby bed regarding to it‘s functionality, safety and design. In this part is documented the overall process from the initial sketches and visualizations to the selected variant, its drawing documentation and the production process. The output of the work is a functional prototype in M 1:1 together with the calculation of material costs and correction of the technical solution.
Intertextuality in Game of Thrones series
Štěpánková, Lucie ; Bílek, Petr (advisor) ; Švelch, Jaroslav (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with intertextuality in Game of Thrones series from the academic perspective. The thesis presents a comprehensive summary of selected intertexts including their classification according to the different types of semantic connection. The theoretical frame is based on the theoretical approaches of leading intertextuality theorists in literature and culture in general. In addition, it reflects the position of Game of Thrones series in the cultural mainstream, both in regards of its popularity and dissapointment of viewers over the final series. Based on national and international critical reviews, this diploma thesis analyzes the genre changes in Game of Thrones and focuses especially on the shared features with the soap opera genre. The fantasy genre specifics and its possible influence on reality is also briefly described. The methodological part summarizes the analytical tools and formulates research questions. According to the different types of semantic connection, the analysis is divided into three parts: the referential intertextulity (the connection to history), the intertextuality between texts (the connection to other works of culture) and the inner intertextuality (the connection to other elements inside the series). The first part of the analysis describes...
Determination of biologically active substances by sequential injection analysis with chemiluminescence detection.
Štěpánková, Lucie ; Polášek, Miroslav (advisor) ; Sklenářová, Hana (referee)
1.1 Abstrakt A simple and rapid automated method for the assay of norepinephrine by sequential injection analysis (SIA) with chemiluminescence detection was devised and optimised. The optimised parameters were aspirated volumes of the norepinephrine bitartrate sample and reagents, flow rate, composition of the carrier stream and the photomultiplier voltage. Optimum sample volume was 80 μl and the optimum reagent concentrations (and aspirated volumes) were - 25 mM sodium polyphosphate (44 μl), 0,1 M sulphuric acid (24 μl) and 1 mM potassium permanganate (21 μl)., The optimum flow rate (for pushing the luminescent zone to the detector) was 91 μl/s and the photomultiplier voltage was 450 V. The carrier stream was ultrapure water. The calibration curve was rectilinear in the range 1 - 40 µmol/l of norepinephrine bitartrate. The parameters of the calibration curve y = kx + q (where y is the intensity of chemiluminescence in nA and x stands for the concentration of norepinephrine bitartrate in µmol/l) were calculated by the linear regression method. The slope k was 33.923 and the intercept q was 34.839. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The relative standard deviations were 2.78 or 1.18 % (n = 10) when determining 4.75 or 18.98 µmol/l norepinephrine bitartrate in pure standard solutions respectively. The...
Determination of Nefopam by the Technique of Sequential Injection Analysis with Chemiluminescence Detection
Štěpánková, Lucie ; Polášek, Miroslav (advisor) ; Pospíšilová, Marie (referee)
1.1 Abstrakt A simple and rapid automated method for the assay of nefopam hydrochloride by sequential injection analysis (SIA) with chemiluminescence detection was devised and optimised. The optimised parameters were aspirated volumes of the nefopam hydrochloride sample and reagents, flow rate, composition of the carrier stream, the photomultiplier voltage and the influence of materials used in the production of tablets. Optimum sample volume was 60 μl and the optimum reagent concentrations (and aspirated volumes) were - 10 mM Ce(IV) ammonium sulphate in 50 mM sulphuric acid (40 μl), 3 mM tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)dichlororuthenium(II)hexahydrate in 50 mM sulphuric acid (59 μl) and 7 mM sodium acetate (34 μl). The optimum flow rate in the system was 64 μl/s and that for transporting the luminescent zone to the detector was 78 μl/s. The photomultiplier voltage was 280 V. The carrier stream was ultrapure water. The calibration curve was rectilinear in the range 5.10-7 - 1.10-5 µmol/l of nefopam hydrochloride. The parameters of the calibration curve y = kx + q (where y is the intensity of chemiluminescence in nA and x stands for the concentration of nefopam hydrochloride in µmol/l) were calculated by the linear regression method. The slope k was 22.398 and the intercept q was 0.7161. The correlation coefficient was...
Hodnocení účinnosti čistírny odpadních vod v obci Bílovice nad Svitavou
Štěpánková, Lucie
The diploma thesis The Evaluation of the effectiveness of the the wastewater treatment plant in Bílovice nad Svitavou compares effectivity of wastewater treatment technology before reconstruction and after it. Literature search is focused on waste water. In this chapter are also described drainage buildings their concept and meaning. Very important part of the thesis is overview of water legislation and sewage contamination indicators and sludge index. Results part of the thesis contains description of Bílovice nad Svitavou municipality. Next chapter is description of the wastewater treatment plant before and after the reconstruction. In this chapter you can find information about sludge index. The most important chapter is an evaluation of results which contains graphical explanation of the level of dirty water. The original wastewater treatment plant was quite advanced but the reconstruction was necessary due to increasing population. The capacity was increased up from 1 250 to 7 750 equivalent residents. Current technology is designed to comply with actual needs of the city and microregion and it is prepared for its future enlargement. The wastewater treatment plant fulfill requirements for minimal concentration levels of pollution in waste water on the outflow to the recipient and does not exceed emission standarts.
