The vertical constructions are designed from aerated concrete block Ytong and there are insulated with contact insulation systém ETICS. Horizontal constructions are designed large format precast floor slabs Ytong. The roofing is done using timber roof truss. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.

Hystopathological Changes of Ascending Aorta and Serum Concentration of Transforming Growth Factor in Patients with Proven Aortopathy
Karalko, Mikita ; Pojar, Marek (advisor) ; Špaček, Miroslav (referee) ; Kurfirst, Vojtěch (referee)
- ENG Histopathological changes of ascending aorta and serum concentration of transforming growth factor in patients with proven aortopathy The etiology of ascending aorta dilation in patients with nonsyndromic ascending aortic aneurysm is not clearly defined and may be multifactorial. Haemodynamic or genetic factors are involved. Determination of the etiology and eventual markers of progression of aortic wall dilatation is important because it is the etiology that determines the risk of catastrophic vascular complications, such as aortic dissection (AD). However, publications on this topic are scarce and their results are contradictory. A total of 376 patients from the clinical database of our institution were included in the retrospective analysis. These patients underwent either elective surgery for dilatation of the ascending aorta (DAA) or emergency surgery for AD. This was an isolated procedure on the ascending aorta or in combination with an aortic valve procedure. After excision, samples of the ascending aorta were histologically examined. On histological examination, we found significantly higher degree of involvement in samples from patients with TAV compared with patients with BAV (P <0.001). However, the correlation was weak for all variables when aortic diameter and histological...
Utilisation of FDG-PET/CT method for diagnostic of vascular prosthesis infection in aorto-ilitic area
Macháček, Lukáš ; Špaček, Miroslav (advisor) ; Štádler, Petr (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to determine reliability and sensitivity of the hybrid FDG-PET/CT method for diagnostics of a low virulent infection of blood vessel prosthesis in aorto-ilic area and thus support introducing this method as a basic examination algorithm when there is a suspicion on infection of blood vessel prosthesis. (...) This study should clarify diagnostic sensitivity of FDG-PET/CT in patients with the suspicion on infection, who got implanted blood vessel prosthesis in aorto-iliac area.
Social Services for Homeless in Pardubice
Špaček, Miroslav ; Dočkal, Jan (advisor) ; Dočkal, Jan (referee)
There is actual conditon of providing social services for homeless people in Pardubice in this graduation work, confront with the needs of these people that are expressed in the questionnaire. Social work and its distinction according the structure of service purpose in the institutions of social services for homeless people in Pardubice is described very properly in this graduation work. There is sollution of disproportion between offer and demand for individual social instituons in Pardubice suggested in the end of this graduation work. The main change would be in the origin of new institutions such as Lodging house for women, Subliminal institution for homeless people, Social and sanitary institution for homeless people and Housing for seniors and deseased homeless people in the end of this graduation work. Development of vascular substitues for low flow peripheral vascular reconstructions
Mitáš, Petr ; Špaček, Miroslav (advisor) ; Štádler, Petr (referee) ; Rohn, Vilém (referee)
The development of vascular replacement for low flow rates is a topical issue. The model for developing the development of replacement properties, which are based on the idea of assuming the characteristics of the biological model - vena saphena and programming these properties into a model of constructed replacement is one of the possible directions of development. The presented replacement, which is the result of the work of the author's team, consists of three parts - a non-absorbable scaffold representing the media, and two absorbable collagen layers - pseudointima and pseudoadventice. Target parameters of the prosthesis were determined by test results of the basic physical testing method - uniaxial tensile test and inflation-extension test, as well as other procedures in human saphenous specimens. The key issue is the technology of producing the collagen layer of the prosthesis. However, other manufacturing processes can also have a significant impact on vascular prosthesis properties, such as collagen hardening, antithrombogenic treatment of the inner surface of the vascular replacement, and the use of a sterilization method. Furthermore, the author deals with the development of a new female component of the three- layer vascular prosthesis of the Czech carp, which is characterized by lower...
THE ETHICAL PROBLEMS OF HOME HELP AND POSSIBILITES OF TREIR SOLUTIONS ACCORDING TO BASIC ETHICAL ATTITUDES
Špaček, Miroslav ; Keřkovský, Pavel (advisor) ; Fischer, Ondřej (referee)
This thesis deals with the theme of ethical problems and dilemmas we can meet when providing day care. The basic ethical norms for solving these problems are presented in the first part. Chosen ethical problems and dilemmas of various cases of day care practice are described in the next part. The attitude of the Law of Social Services as the basic legal norm for providing day care service in the Czech Republic follows each of the cases. Afterwards, each case is considered in the relation to the Ethical Code of social workers in the Czech Republic. This code contains ethical principles and the rules of ethical behaviour of a social worker towards the client, colleagues, employers and society. Then the care is judged from the point of view of some ethical theories. Next, the real solving of the case and its assessment from the point of view of the ethical norms of treatment is presented. The results of solving concrete situations are compared according to different ethical theories in the final part. This thesis does not include a questionnaire because of the individual attitude to the client and the theoretical orientation of this work. KEY WORDS The Law Of Social Services, The Ethical Code Of The Social Workers In The Czech Republic, day care, social worker, health visitor, client, the contract of...
Diagnosing vascular prosthesis infection by means of the FDG-PET/CT
Špaček, Miroslav ; Bělohlávek, Otakar (advisor) ; Vojáček, Jan (referee) ; Gregor, Zdeněk (referee)
Introduction: Vascular prosthesis infection (VPI) is a life-threatening complication in 0.5- 5% of cases. Early and reliable diagnosis is a necessity for adequate treatment. Computed tomography (CT) is the gold standard diagnostic method used world-wide with excellent results, but in cases of advanced graft infection. Low grade infections in non-acute patients are a diagnostic challenge requiring a new method with good diagnostic accuracy. The aim of this work is to define the accuracy of 18 F-FDG PET/CT in these settings and to identify essential parameters of its evaluation. Material and Methods: Seventy-six consecutive patients with total of 96 vascular prosthetic grafts in which infection was suspected underwent PET/CT examination prospectively. PET/CT scans were analysed in terms of presence and intensity of focal and diffuse FDG uptake, presence of anastomotic pseudoaneurysm, irregular boundary of infiltration, combination of these, and uptake ratio between graft and blood background. Also, other parameters like white blood cell count, C-reactive protein, and microbiological cultures were tested. The final diagnosis (gold standard) was based on operative/histopathological finding or >6 months clinical follow up. Results: In our series the prevalence of VPI was 57.3 % (55/96 prostheses). Among various...
