Šustová, Kateřina ; Kuklík, Jan (advisor) ; Blažková, Tereza (referee)
Legal Aspects of the changes in theater industry in Czechoslovakia After World War II After World War II (in May 1945), Czechoslovakian theaters were reopened. The so-called theater revolution began, during which the theater industry in Czechoslovakia experienced fundamental changes in organizational structure. Despite the efforts of Austria-Hungary and the First Czechoslovak Republic, this space was still regulated by the Theater Act of November 25, 1850 (Ministry of the Interior law No. 454/1850). There were also plans to consolidate the regulation of the theater industry in Czechoslovakia, as Hungarian legal article XXXI had been in effect since 1848 in Slovakia. This was a different (and even older) legal regulation than the one in Bohemia. This work explores the legal considerations of the aforementioned reorganization of theaters. The main goal of the research is to describe how the pre-World War II regulatory environment affected the evolution of theater industry regulation thereafter, including mapping out any significant path dependencies. Šustová, Kateřina ; Valešová Malecová, Barbara (advisor) ; Šumníková, Pavlína (referee)
The diploma thesis Use of ergotherapy fro Down's syndrome in preschool age deals with the use of ergotherapy as a tool for the development of fine and gross motor skills in children with Down syndrome in preschool age. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines the issue of Down syndrome, then describes the specifics of the development of a child with an intellectual disability in preschool age, with a focus on the development of fine and gross motor skills, and the last part summarizes the current knowledge about ergotherapy and its use in children with Down syndrome in preschool age. The second part describes the design of an occupational therapy program focused on the development of fine and gross motor skills in children with Down syndrome and then verifies its applicability in practice through action research. Three children wit Down syndrome aged of four to five were involved in the usability testing and their progress in individual fine and gross motor skills was compared. The results of the research show that the proposed program is usable in practice and at the same time give suggestions for its modifications for further use.
Use of methods of music therapy and art therapy in the care of children with physical and multiple disabilities.
ŠUSTOVÁ, Kateřina
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the methods of music therapy and art therapy, which are used in the care of children with physical and combined disabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the historical development of music therapy and art therapy. Furthermore, the individual methods of work used in the above-mentioned therapies, which are currently applied, are characterized. Within each therapy, one method used in the treatment of children is described in more detail below. The theoretical part further characterizes a child with a physical and combined disability, and in connection with this describes the care that is provided to these children. The practical part defines the goals and research questions of the work and describes its methodological side. The results of the research survey, which took place at the ARPIDA center in České Budějovice, are interpreted here through observation of therapeutic sessions and interviews with therapists. Within music therapy, it is a description of the structure of a group therapeutic meeting, the principles of working with children with physical or combined disabilities and their subsequent implementation in practice, which is described on the example of one therapeutic thematic unit. I also work with a harmonizing bed, which is another method of music therapy, but individual, the method of music therapy for children with physical or combined disabilities. In the field of art therapy, there are examples of specific aids used in the therapy of children with physical or combined disabilities and there are also described individual art therapy techniques that are used in working with children.
