Reflection of new Civil Code in the life of sport asscociations at local level

Title: Reflections of the New Civil Code in the life of sports clubs at the local level. Objectives: The goal of this diploma thesis is to specify the changes in the life of sports clubs at the local level after the New Civil Code, which came into effect on 1. 1. 2014. The main object is to discover the changes in the structure of the non-profit sport organizations, tax management of the sports clubs and also to offer concrete advices, which would help to cope with the transformation to the New Civil Code. Methods: In this thesis the qualitative method is used. Semi-structured interviews are helping to get the complex overview of the problems and concrete issues. In case of availability, the legislative documents of interviewed non-profit sport organizations are analyzed to specify and verify their answers. Research is supplemented by basic analyzes of public register, which will help to describe current situation of reactions on the New Civil Code. Results: Thanks to the research it was discovered that non-profit sport organizations, which have the help of private sector, support of umbrella organization or advantage of having professional member with experiences in accounting, taxes or law, will more likely manage with all the changes caused by the new legislative. Concept of Running Mall and proposals for its promotion

Title: Concept of Running Mall and proposals for its promotion Objectives: The aim of this work is to introduce a running center Running Mall and make its concept clearer and introduce its promotion. Author attempts to come up with new proposals of how to support the promotion. Methods: This thesis is used quantitative method which is the analysis of intern documents and also the qualitative method which is interview with three respondents and participant observation. Author came up with information concerning the concept of running centre and its promotion according to interviews. Data concerning the membership base are detected from the intern documents. Results: The concept of Running Mall, which offers a complex service for recreational runners, was found. Those services are unique and there is nothing similar anywhere else in the Czech Republic. Also, it was found, that according to a very small financial amount of money for their promotion, the marketing communication is based on on-line marketing, but the future should bring more of the financial resources and along that increase ways of its communication channels. New proposals are based on detected information from which should ensure a bigger number of runners and also a bigger number of total visitors to Running Mall. Keywords: Running...

Craft's brand equity in CZ, focusing on canoeing

Title: Craft's brand equity in CZ, focusing on flat water canoeing. Objectives: The objective of this dissertation is to find out what is the Craft's brand equity and to suggest how to improve it on the Czech market. That would be based on marketing research and supplementary interview. I will be using marketing research and supplementary interview. Methods: In this dissertation the method of electronic questioning was used. The questionnaires were sent by email address after first contact on Facebook. Facebook was also used for concretization of questions. The basic research sample was chosen from sporting population in Czech Republic and selective sample was limited by my Facebook contacts. The research was enriched by interviews. These interviews were made with experts and athletes from flat water canoeing. Results: The results of marketing research on the Craft's brand equity have shown that Craft has got quality and functional product, but the brand looses position on the market of functional sport clothing. The main issue is lack of associations with this brand. Moreover the research has shown that general awareness of marketing strategy is inadequate.
