The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing of travel agency and Invia.cz, more precisely the communication mix. The main goal of the thesis is to innovate existing strategy and marketing communication with customers through new proposals. The thesis consists of a theoretical, analytical part and a part of proposals, which then provides suggestions to meet the set goal of the thesis.
