Název: Primární drogová prevence- stav drogové problematiky na základních školách v Karloyých Varech The primary drug prevention- the drug issue situation at elementary schools in Karloyy Vary Cíle práce: Cílem diplomové práce bylo shrnout informace v oblasti drogové problematiky, zvláště otázku primární drogové prevence a vyhodnocení dat týkajících se drogové otázky na základních školách v Karlových Varech. Jedním z cílů diplomové práce bylo také vytvořit vhodný, ucelený projekt pro práci preventistů na základních školách. Metoda: Průzkum byl proveden v 8. a 9. ročnících 1Oti základních škol v Karlových Varech v celkovém objemu 794 dotázaných respondentů. Průměrný věk respondentů činill3, 94 roků. Metoda průzkumu byla provedena formou písemné ankety. Dotazovaní jedinci obdrželi sestavenou anketu, jejíž součástí byly přesné instrukce k vyplnění. Anketa byla rozdělena na dvě části. Každá z částí obsahovala sedm otázek. První část označena jako A byla koncipována za účelem zmapování drogové situace u dotázaných respondentů na základních školách v Karlových Varech. Druhá část označena jako B se zaměřovala pouze na prevenci a její vnímání dotázanými respondenty. This diploma thesis on the "Non-Parliamentary Political Parties in Media Communication Process. Communication Behaviour of Non-Parliamentary Parties in the Czech Republic prior to the Parliamentary Elections of 2006" suggests that political parties wishing to succeed in the dynamically changing media environment today need to present themselves through the refection of contemporary trends in the development of political communication. Based on the hypothesis that the non-parliamentary (i.e. small) political parties fail to master these principles of media and political communication, which is one (but not the single) reason why they fail to reach spectacular results in elections, this diploma thesis investigates four Czech non-parliamentary political parties participating in the parliamentary elections of 2006. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis introduces the current phenomena of political communication, including the mediatisation and personalisation of politics and the concept of politics as entertainment, with a focus on the examples of professionalization of political communication, political marketing and the importance of public opinion. Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekologickými problémy a ekologickou politikou Evropské unie. Jejím cílem je zmapovat ekologické problémy v Evropě, přiblížit činnost evropských ekologických institucí, zpřehlednit zásady fungování politiky EU a odůvodnit potřebnost tuto politiku dále rozvíjet. Práce se zaměřuje také na otázky, jaký má ekologická politika na úrovni EU smysl, zda je dostatečně efektivní, jaké jsou její slabé stránky, zda dokáže přispět k odvrácení nebo alespoň oddálení ekologických katastrof a zajistit dlouhodobý kvalitní život na Zemi.

Main Legal Issues in the Real Estate Practice

When after 1989 in our country have discovered the first real estate brokers and agents, were more or less a new professions, at times of socialism not existing. Since then have more than 2 decades passed, it will be interesting to compare the current state of the neighboring countries. First I will focus on the close one, Slovakia and then Austria, which belongs to the developed property market. I will look at various options of real estate agents and their functioning in all 3 states. The issue of legal liability of real estate activities will be submitted to the critical analysis and all the lessons learned will bring into mutual comparisons. I will also address the association of Realtors and appraise their position and function in different countries. An interesting part of this work will be determination of public opinion on public awareness of the importance of real estate services, I have made this research through polls.

Selected legal issues of international passenger transport The topic of the diploma thesis is 'selected legal issues of international passenger transport'. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the issues of substantive law related to the liability of carriers and rights of passengers in the international rail, road and air transport. The thesis focuses on applicable legislation of liability of carriers and rights of passengers, but also deals with the legislation proposed pro futuro. The diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters, further divided into subchapters. In the introduction the thesis defines the term 'international passenger transport' and summarises its key legal sources. Further, it addresses the conflict of law rules applicable to the contract on international passenger transport. The core of the thesis is in the following chapters that deal with the direct substantive rules governing the liability of carriers and rights of passengers in individual types of transport, which are contained especially in multilateral international conventions and secondary legislation of the European Union. Title: Business Share in Joint Ownership of Multiple Individuals The purpose of my thesis is to analyse a business share in joint ownership of multiple individuals. This paper is composed of four parts, each of them dealing with a different variation of the business share in joint ownership. The first part of this work is concerned with a legal interpretation of Section 114 paragraph 3 of the Commercial Code which, inter alia, sets forth that one business share may be held by more than one person. It introduces basic terminology that will be used throughout the work. It concludes that there are three variations of the business share in joint ownership. The first of them is the business share in co-ownership under Section 114 paragraph 3 of the Commercial Code (joint business share in the stricter sense); the second is the business share in matrimonial (community) property pursuant to Section 143 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code; and the third is the business share in matrimonial (community) property under Section 114 paragraph 3 of the Commercial Code (joint business share in the broader sense). Vstup ČR do EMU ? výhody, rizika, načasování vstupu do eurozóny, porovnání názorů a vliv společné měny na bankovní systém ČR

Tématem této diplomové práce je vstup České Republiky do eurozóny a otázky a problémy s tímto krokem spojené. K přijetí eura se nové členské země zavázaly již při podávání žádosti o členství. Vyhlídky na přijetí eura však v ČR nejsou prozatím příznivé. Česká ekonomika sice velmi rychle roste a konvergence k ekonomikám západní Evropy, ale pozitiva tohoto růstu jsou do značné míry vyvážena vysokým zadlužováním státu a nízkými investicemi do oborů s vysokou přidanou hodnotou, které budou klíčové pro naši konkurenceschopnost. Krátkozraká hospodářská politika je jednou z hlavních brzd našeho vstupu do Eurozóny. Zřejmě největším problémem je politický rozměr debaty o euru a závislost splnění maastrichtských kritérií na ekonomických reformách.

The Attitudes of Women of Four Generations towards Family and Motherhood in a Small Town

V dotazníku jsme se snažili postihnout různorodé aspekty dnešní rodiny. Podle výsledků dotazníkové šetření můžeme říci, že ačkoli se nám ve většině otázek ukázaly ať již očekávané, nebo překvapivé výsledky, základní hodnoty, o které se dnešní rodina může opřít, zůstávají stejné. Některé výsledky korespondují s očekáváními podle procesu modernizace. Podle časových os se nám potvrdilo, že ženy mají rychlé životní tempo a málo času samy pro sebe. Rychlý životní styl klade větší nároky i na jejich partnery . Mladší generace jsou celkově tolerantnější, například u otázky týkající se různých možností partnerského soužití, které je možno považovat za rodinu, se vyslovily ženy poslední generace nejvíce tolerantněji k nesezdanému soužití i soužití homosexuálů. Pro všechny generace je pro chápání rodiny důležitá přítomnost dětí, a nebo alespoň sňatek partnerů. Rodina má podle všech generací důležitou úlohu ve společnosti, ani toto číslo se výrazně nemění. Stejně tak najít si životního partnera je obtížné. Zena by také neměla zůstávat v nefungujícím vztahu jen kvůli dětem. Nejvíce rozdílů jsme nalezli v odpovědích na otázky týkající se sexuality, jako například ochoty nakupovat v sexshopu nebo antikoncepce. Resume - Patent protection of pharmaceuticals and its current problems The pharmaceutical industry nowadays plays a major role in the world's economy, having an estimated total volume of USD 740 billion and being one of the recognized key innovation sectors. The system of patent law is of major significance to the industry in that the monopoly it confers, for a limited period of time, on using innovations provides a major incentive for innovative research activities that the industry is involved in. Although the availability of patent protection for chemical and pharmaceutical products has, from a historical perspective, only been reaffirmed in the near past, it has nowadays been accepted as a global standard mainly through the provisions of the WTO's TRIPS agreement. Despite the existence of various international treaties harmonizing patent laws, patents have to date in their effects remained strictly limited to individual jurisdictions. Hospital Transformation in the Central Bohemia

Tématem mé diplomové práce je transformace nemocnic ve Středočeském kraji a analýza hospodaření a úrovně zdravotní péče v Oblastní nemocnici Mladá Boleslav, a.s. v letech 2000-2006. Reforma zdravotnictví v České republice, probíhající privatizace nemocnic, platby klientů u lékařů a v nemocnicích, kvalita a dostupnost zdravotní péče jsou v současnosti nejvíce diskutovanými otázkami mezi občany, odborníky i politiky. Středočeský kraj (dále SČK) převzal k 1.1.2003 všechna zdravotnická zařízení kraje z vlastnictví státu do své péče a jako první ze všech krajů přikročil k jejich privatizaci na akciové společnosti. S tím vznikly problémy a otázky týkající se hlavně jejich právní formy, provádění výběrových řízení na prodávaná zdravotnická zařízení, smluv s novými vlastníky (délka povinného zachování zdravotní péče), kvality a dostupnosti zdravotní péče, technického a personálního vybavení a dalších otázek, které dosud nejsou veřejnosti dostatečně vysvětleny. Oblastní nemocnici Mladá Boleslav,a.s. zřídil SČK jako 1 z 5, která tvoří páteř základní a specializované péče v kraji. Její spádovou oblast tvoří téměř 130 tis. obyvatel.V této hlavní časti mé práce se chci zabývat analýzou hospodaření nemocnice v letech 2000-2006 (pro objektivní hodnocení 3 let ve vlastnictví státu a 4 let ve vlastnictví kraje), kvalitou a úrovní poskytované zdravotní péče. Chci se zaměřit především na celkové hospodářské výsledky, ekonomickou nákladovost a jejich vývoj v hodnoceném období, výkonnové ukazatele, investice a výběrová řízení. Výstupem práce by mělo být zodpovězení výše uvedených problémů, zhodnocení hospodářských výsledků a úrovně zdravotní péče před a po transformaci nemocnic SČK. Hospodářská, ekonomická, organizační a jiná doporučení k dalšímu zlepšení činnosti Oblastní nemocnice Mladá Boleslav, a.s..
