Main goal of my bachelor theis is to investigate life satisfaction in the Czech Republic and find explanatory variables influencing it, with an emphasis on economic indicators. It strives to compare Czech Republic with other states of the European Union, especially in relationship to main macroeconomic indicators. Some of the explanatory variables are discussed in detail in Chapter 4. In Chapter 5 are models on life satisfaction on two datasets. The results of the models are compared according to a type of data and on dependence on used econometric Metod. One of the key questions is, how much money "buys" happiness (resp. In our case life satisfaction).

Coufalová, Jana ; Jelínek, Jiří (advisor) ; Vanduchová, Marie (referee)
The thesis called "Expert proofs" deals with one of the types of proper evidence which is applied in cases when an expert report is necessary to clarify facts important for criminal trial proceedings. Thesis is divided into 5 basic chapters. The first chapter is introductory and talks about some of the general problems of expert laws - evaluation of the current legal regulations of expert's function - expert law and expert ordinance, especially from the point of view of the changes that these legal regulations have undergone as well as the forthcoming changes in the form of updating of the current law and preparation of a brand new law. It also talks about definition of an expert, especially the difference between a witness and a consultant, then briefly about their rights and duties in the criminal trial proceedings in general. The first one provides basic information about admitting an expert and its form. Bulharsko a Rumunsko: ekonomický vývoj a integrace do EU

Pociťujú vôbec dôsledky integrácie ich domovskej krajiny do Európskej únie?

In 2015, Wien Wirtschafsuniversität ranked among economic universities regularly disclosed on the Financial Times in position number 42. The University of Economics last three years, around 80th place. Why is this so? In the context of this thesis is to analyze not only the legal prerequisites for successful graduates of the master's program Finance and Accounting, but also deals with the practical use of knowledge on the labor market resp. As well as the current unemployment of graduates in what fields they can work, etc. In this work also deals with the human capital theory, which explores the motives for higher education. They are given different conditions during their studies at WU and Economics, as well as development starting salary after graduation. The last chapter contains examples that would be good to apply in the Czech higher education system. The question remains, why WU placed on better positions than ALL? According to the author's investment in science and research in Austria - currently invest nearly 2% of GDP, as well as 100-year-old development WU, when no interruption to develop economic theory and their application in practice, as well as linking university knowledge with practice.
