In the third chapter the development of factoring in Czech Republic for years 2005 to 2011 is characterized. Attention is focused on factoring companies associated in the Association of Factoring Companies in Czech Republic. The result is a presentation of development trends in the field of factoring in Czech Republic.

Oscillatory Power Generator Base on Mechanical Resonant Element
Mihalík, Vlastimil ; Houška, Pavel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the power supply of wireless sensors. When using a wireless sensor is desirable application of alternative energy sources, because the primary cells or batteries may reduce the extent or length of service of the sensor itself. Ambient energy can be used as a suitable alternative source. This energy must be in an appropriate form, which allows its conversion to electric energy. These appropriate, already used types include: solar en., temperature gradient en., en. of flowing liquids, vibration, etc. The advantage of vibrations is its presence in almost all mechanical systems. One of the possibilities for using the vibration of machine systems for power supply wireless sensors is using the vibration power generator with oscillating component. The generator must be designed so that its resonance frequency coincides with the frequency of vibration in the machine system. This method can be used only if the machinery system vibrations at least partially constant. Another option is to use the vibrations caused by, for example, transit transport, or different step acting factor. In this case, it is desirable that the generator is designed with variable resonant frequency, which can partly be achieved, for example, integrating several oscillating component in the body of generator. After the general analysis of the problem, graduation theses will be concerned with the possibility of use of energy from the short damped oscillation and step impulse. Focusing on a proposal of multi-element structures.

Negative influences of transport and possibilities to reduce them
HRADECKÁ, Jitka
This diploma thesis aims to provide individual transport negative impact analysis and design a solution of reducing such issues in the city of České Budějovice. A partial aim of this thesis is to compare the individual types of transport referring to user{\crq}s costs, elaborating and evaluating a questionnaire for automobile drivers living in České Budějovice. This research inquires the purpose and frequency of using cars and other means of transport as well as the users{\crq} attitude to this problem. Reacting to the results of the survey the author designs a public bicycle lending system (automatic bicycle rental stations), which represents a modern, economical, ecological and a quick way of transporting people for short distances in the first place. Also the city of České Budějovice matches all the conditions needed for such a system. It should be perceived as a complement of the public transport rather than a leisure time facility so the meaning is to offer the citizens a competitive alternative to individual automobile transport. The main advantage is the pace (to borrow a bicycle takes less than 30seconds), simplicity (when borrowing a bicycle the user only places a smart card in front of the reader) and availability (strategically positioned stands can be used twenty-four hours a day.

Cadaveric bone marrow transplantation: effects of hypoxia and metabolic starvation on mouse hematopoietic stem cells
Linhartová, Jana ; Šefc, Luděk (advisor) ; Průcha, Miroslav (referee) ; Šinkorová, Zuzana (referee)
Objectives: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a widely used method for treatment of hematological disorders and some other diseases. However, sometimes a suitable donor of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) is not found for a patient. Because HSC have been described as cells with low proliferative and metabolic activity, their tolerance to the lack of oxygen or metabolic substrates may be assumed. In this study, we explored cadaveric bone marrow as an alternative source of HSC for HSCT, using a mouse experimental model. In addition, the effect of in vitro metabolic inhibition and short-term in vitro storage (1 - 4 days) on functional properties of mouse HSC was investigated. Methods: C57Bl/6 mice (wild-type or p53-/- ) were used in the experiments. To explore cadaveric HSC, bone marrow (BM) was left in intact femurs at 37řC, 20řC and 4řC under the conditions of ischemia. The bone marrow cells were harvested after defined time periods ranging 0 - 48 hours. For metabolic inhibition, the electron transport chain inhibitor potassium cyanide (KCN) and inhibitor of glycolysis 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) were used in vitro. To determine the impact of ischemia, metabolic inhibition, or in vitro storage on transplantability of HSC, the competitive repopulation assay using Ly5.1/Ly5.2 congenic model...

Koudelková, Lenka ; Kubíček, Vladimír (advisor) ; Lázníčková, Alice (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of biophysics and physical chemistry Candidate: Lenka Koudelková Consultant: Ing.Vladimír Kubíček, CSc. Title of Thesis: Study of glycine-NBDCl derivate stability In this thesis the stability of glycine-NBDCl derivative under three different conditions (heat+light, heat+dark, cool+dark) is studied by HPLC with fluorimetric detection. Ater being stabilized by hydrochloric acid the derivatives exhibit a better stability, but the concentrations found during several weeks are too scattered. In addition an alternative chromatographic conditions were proposed for the HPLC analysis. Acetonitrile with hydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 7,0) in ratio 70:30 on an Atlantis column gave symetric peaks with a short time of elution.

Integrated day care in psychiatry as an alternative to hospitalization
Howardová, Andrea ; Raboch, Jiří (advisor) ; Bašný, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pěč, Ondřej (referee)
The goal of the study is: To compare psychopathology and the quality of life of patients in an integrated day treatment setting with a standard inpatient setting. To replicate for integrated day treatment setting, the finding that day care patients are more satisfied with treatment. To estimate the feasibility of day care treatment for general psychiatric patients We have used psychopathology, satisfaction with treatment and subjective quality of life as outcome criteria. Psychopathology was evaluated by the questionnaire BPRS (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale), satisfaction with treatment by the questionnaire CAT (Clients Scale for Assessment of Treatment) and quality of life by the instrument MANSA (Manchester Short Assessment of Quality of Life). For calculating feasibility estimation we have used modified Kluiter's formula according to Cochraine review on effectiveness of psychiatric day hospitals. 49 85 patients were randomized to integrated day care treatment, and 100 patients randomized as inpatients. Treatment results of both settings were comparable in psychopathology and subjective quality of life at each time point. Unlike day patients, the psychopathological score of inpatients was improving even after 3 months of discharge. We didn't replicate findings on superiority of satisfaction with...
