In our questionnaire, it was confirmed by 22.8% of women. Women's awareness of the support strip was good, but only 7.9% of women benefited from this type of equipment.

To Asses the Stability of Orthodontic Treatment using PAR Index
Srinivas, Chaitra ; Slezák, Radovan (advisor) ; Kamínek, Milan (referee) ; Koťová, Magdalena (referee)
After achieving the correction of the malocclusion, it is necessary to assess the post treatment results as it helps in assessing the stability of the treatment and it can be a self- teaching device to the clinician to assess the quality of the work. These post treatment results can be assessed using the indices. Several indices are developed over the years however the PAR index is a more recent and a reliable index. OBJECTIVE: The aim of our work was to assess the stability of orthodontic treatment using PAR index. METHODS: Approximately 69 patients, who met all the required criteria for the study were selected for this study. The casts of these patients were assessed before treatment, after treatment and 2 years after post treatment using PAR index and a series of scores were obtained. They were then plotted on the nomogram to assess the stability. RESULTS: Most of the patients exhibited no significant variation during the post treatment phase of more than 2 years and that it was stable. CONCLUSION: It can be concluded that the majority of the patients were treated to a good standard and that the results were stable. However, it is advisable to further carry out the study in order to detect the persistence of stability after few more years of treatment without the presence of retention appliances.

I determined four hypotheses (one was confirmed, one was confirmed partly and two were contradict). I stated that nurses have average knowledges of nosocomial infections theory. Majority of nurses thinks that they are good at observing barrier treatment care.

Family psychoeducation and relapse prevention in psychotic disorders
Pleštilová, Lenka ; Bankovská Motlová, Lucie (advisor)
Relapse prevention is a primary long-term clinical goal in treatment of psychotic disorders. Pharmacotherapy by itself is not sufficient, because compliance of patients in remission is usually low and there are more factors contributing to relapse, especially stress of patients resulting from emotionally demanding situations in the family. PREDUKA (PREventive EDUcational programme for relapse prevention) is a six-hour professionally-led group programme for patients with psychotic disorders in ambulant therapy and for their relatives. In a field questionnaire survey we mapped 1) theoretical knowledge of participants, 2) usage of practical advice obtained from PREDUKA and 3) general benefit of programme. Participants from years 2007 - 2009 were included. The sample consisted of 14 patients and 22 relatives, 27 women and 11 men. The average age of patients was 28,6 years, that of relatives 44,4 years. High return of questionnaires from patients confirms their goodwill to cooperate. Knowledge of participants about psychosis and their therapy is very good, compliance of patients from our sample is high. Participants usually follow advice obtained from PREDUKA. Common is the ignorance of important phone numbers (crisis centre, attending psychiatrist), so we suggest to include a page in a workbook for these dates....

Uptake and Utilization of Different Nitrogen Forms by Wheat Plants
Raimanová, Ivana
In spite of the Green Revolution's success, the growing world population together with the degradation of agricultural land and its decrease create pressure on increasing the food production rate and the volume of crop production. Economic reasons and the whole society emphasis on environmental protection lead to the search of new possibilities to increase the efficiency of necessary inputs, esp. energy, nitrogen fertilizers and plant protection products. Economically significant wheat species (Triticum aestivum L. and Triticum durum Desf.) belongs with its area to the most grown crops in the world and they ensure an important part of the food of the world's population. Agro-ecological conditions under which wheat is grown, ranges from semiarid areas to areas with frequent precipitation, from tropics to cool areas in high latitudes with short growing season. Crop systems include various methods of plant nutrition and irrigation, different crop rotations and various soil treatment. This range of soil-climatic and production conditions also corresponds to a broad range of soil nitrogen availability and general conditions for nutrient uptake and utilization. Amount and availability of individual forms of nitrogen for plants varies during their ontogenetic development as a consequence of dynamics of...

Malý, Petr ; Adamová, Karolina (referee) ; Soukup, Ladislav (referee)
Resumé The notion of the black market is most often used as a general expression for various types of offences which are mainly committed in the time of political instability of the state and its economy and a lot of negative consequences are connected with this situation. War conflicts and huge economical crises could be considered as very typical originators of breakthrough moments. After their appearance there is very often a violation of the state economics and economic system as a whole. And by influence of the factors described earlier there are many consequences like the production is being successively limited, the distribution is being endangered or the obstruction of moving the goods to its final consumer comes into consideration. Therefore the population loses its trouble free access for commodities and products which are necessary for satisfying their needs. In a reaction of incurred deficit the individual customers are capable to pay higher prices for goods which are not worth it and which would normally have distinctively lower value. Such artificially increased demand can in a very short period of time influence very intensively the offer in the market which then repeatedly reacts by constant raising up the price till the point when the demanded price crosses the commonly demanded one. Higher...

Matoulková, Veronika ; Pauknerová, Monika (advisor) ; Růžička, Květoslav (referee)
101 RESUME Before the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union on May 1, 2004, the Czech procedural law, involving the foreign element comprised of national law (mainly the Act No. 97/1963 Coll., on private and procedural international law) and international agreements that had been previously ratified by Parliament and therefore binding on the Czech Republic. After the accession, the European law became a part of the Czech legal order and it introduced a number of legal rules that changed the international procedural law in the Czech Republic. The motive for European integration, along with political and economic cooperation, was the desire to make one homogenous Europe, where all factors of production (goods, workers, services and capital) could move freely. The common market was created in order to help individuals and companies to realize economic growth and compete with world standards. For the purpose of regulating the internal market, the EC Treaty imposed on the European institutions the powers to make secondary legislation. On the basis of that, the European Council adopted a number of regulations regarding European judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters, which unified the international civil procedural rules in the member states. Today, it is common for European citizens and...
