Suffix Array for Large Alphabet

Burrows-Wheeler Transform (BWT) [3] is used as the major part in block compression which has good balance of speed and compression ratio. Suffix arrays are used in the coding phase of BWT and we focus on creating them for alphabet larger than 2^8 symbols. The motivation for this work has been software project XBW[4] - an application for compression of large XML files. The role of BWT is to reorder input before applying other algorithms. We describe and implement three families of algorithms for encoding. First is inspired by the work of Sadakane [10] and further improved by Larsson [8]. Second family includes algorithm by Seward [11] and algorithm by Itoh further improved by Kao [5]. Finally we present algorithm by Kärkkäinen and Sanders [6] for constructing suffix arrays in linear time.

Motivation Analysis of Fitness Center Clients

Title: Motivation offitness centers' visitors analysis. Objective of the work: To map and analyse visitors' motivation of the big typical fitness complexes in the large cítíes. e.g. Factory Pro in Prague. Metodology: We used for the collection ofthe data metodology of questionnaire in the fitness centers Factory Pro in Prague. The statistical method of Microsoft Excel was used for an evaluation ofthe data. Results: The results show motivation structure and hierarchy of motives of the fitness complexes' visitors in Prague. They partly characterise the visitors, their life style, Self- concept, fitness life and evaluate the differencies of motivation in fitness, in connection with sex and age. Analysis of documentation and help authoring tools

This work offers essential overview of the area of documentation and online help, suggests the tools suitable for their production and outlines the possibilities of their use. Document is divided into three sections. First part acquaints the reader with the term documentation, its purpose, particular kinds, structure and stages of development. It shows the difference between the rigorous and agile methodology used for its creation and finally presents the position of the author of documentation and describes prerequisites for the successful documentator. Next chapter deals with online help, shows its purpose and characteristics of particular kinds. Then the division of the means of help creating is listed, namely graphic elements, help systems and web help. The last part includes the analysis of documentation and help authoring tools. It contains the description of procedure used for analyzing, categorization of discovered tools and criteria for their selection. General description, fundamental parameters, overview of main functions and the evaluation of possibilities of usage and combination with other applications are listed for each tool. Finally the analysis results are summarized and the area of particular tool usage is suggested. This work should help the reader with orientation in available tools for documentation and help authoring and offer the guidance in selection of particular solution.

Distribution and Meaning of the -ák Suffix in Czech Corpora

The bachelor thesis deals with theoretical exploration of characteristics pertaining to the Czech suffix -ák and determination of statistical correlations relating to its distribution in Czech language corpora. The problem is approached through a general description of word formation in the Czech language and theoretical attribution of the -ák suffix to semantical and morphological categories and derivation paradigms. Particulars of the -ák suffix, such as homonymy, productivity and expressivity, are being described. Practical research is aimed at comparison of data obtained from the SYN2010 written language corpus and the ORAL2013 spoken language corpus and assessment of their appropriateness for investigation of the modern language. The research has confirmed that corpus data to a large extent conform with theoretical distribution of the suffix, with a few minor exceptions described in the text, and that such distribution shows certain differences between the written and the spoken corpora. Dlouhodobý hmotný majetek dle ČÚS a IFRS

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je srovnat úpravu dlouhodobého hmotného majetku podle české legislativy a mezinárodních standardů finančního výkaznictví. Nejdříve se budu věnovat jednotlivým oblastem z teoretického hlediska. Vymezím základní pojmy a jednotlivé kategorie DHM z pohledu obou úprav, budu se věnovat problematice oceňování a odpisování, dále rozlišením technického zhodnocení a oprav a udržování. V praktické části využiji spolupráce s poradenskou účetní firmou a budu se snažit zhodnotit tvorbu vnitropodnikových směrnic, zejména se zaměřím na vliv daňových zákonů na vypracování směrnic v ČR. Dále uvedu také několik příkladů účtování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku a úpravu této problematiky v IAS/IFRS a zmíním se o evidenci dlouhodobého hmotného majetku. Věřím, že v závěru práce se mi podaří shrnout významné rozdíly mezi českou účetní úpravou a IAS/IFRS.

Molecular simulations in structure analysis of intercalates

The samples of hydrotalcite intercalated with pyrenetetrasulphonate acid were obtained. Their structure cannot be precisely determined by the analysis of X-ray data. The amount of water in the interlayer space and the structure of the samples differed considerably in dependence on humidity. Convenient procedures and minimization strategy were established on the base of X-ray data in the molecular mechanic and the molecular dynamic simulations. A procedure for using of the supramol software was made. This software enables deterministic searching of conformational space. Initial models from supramol were minimized in the Cerius2 software using the Universal force field and then they were eventually optimized by the molecular dynamics. The arrangement of molecules of pyrenetetrasulphonate acid and water was determined in the interlayer space of hydrotalcite for three different samples with different interlayer distances: The sample 1 prepared by RH = 0%: 9.83A; the sample 2 prepared by RH = 84%: 13.63A; the sample 3 prepared RH = 40%-50%: 11.74A a 12.81A. The results of these structures proved a large variability of the arrangement of the molecules in the interlayer space. The sample No. 3 seems to be unstable.

Diploma thesis deals with flood protection at small basin flow Mlýnka. Object of thesis is first design of flood protection – dry reservoir. Part of thesis is theoretical, which describes general design, constructional solution and basic information about operation and maintenance. Next part of thesis describes specific design of dry reservoir. In the end, there are evaluations and comparison with bachelor thesis. Programs, which were used for elaboration, are AutoCAD, ArcGIS, HYDROG, HEC, MS Office.

Sustainable production capabilities of territory, depending on climatic drought.

In this work, I dealt with the repercussion of drought on agriculture and land in the cadastral Jinošov. For this area, I analyzed the erosion and ratio of outflow. I also conducted a proposal of adaptation measures against erosion and water retention in the area. In conclusion, I analyzed withholding data and assessed the retention before and after the proposal of adaptation measures. The result of my work is finding that rainfall is inadequate and largely come out of the growing season, that despite all the measures fail to create on the necessary retention for the correct functioning of the landscape. Therefore it is necessary to solve water supply from other areas where is sufficient supply of water.

Complex Scene Rendering on Mobile Devices

This thesis presents optimization techniques for efficient rendering of complex scenes on mobile devices. The introductory part of the text describes Unity game engine and the topic of mobile game development using this tool. Then follows a presentation of important optimization principles and methods for terrain rendering, large scale rendering of animated objects, rendering of animated water surfaces and of other elements in the scenes. The described methods include both general principles of optimization and specific optimization approaches based on the features of Unity game engine. The implementation of presented methods is described and used in practice in the context of mobile strategy game development.

Reklamní praktiky se neustále vyvíjejí a kladou důraz především na emoce. Práce hodnotí systém právní úpravy reklamy v České republice. Zabývá se intenzitou reklamy ve vybraných médiích a její samoregulací, která je řešena Etickým kodexem reklamy. V oblasti lékové a klamavé reklamy upozorňuje na rozdíly mezi některými státy Evropské unie.
