The energy independent flow meter with remote reading
Šindelář, Jindřich ; Růžek, Václav (referee) ; Dřínovský, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the design of a self-powered sensor for measurement of water flow rate and temperature in water pipelines. The key block of this thesis is the construction of an electric generator powered by excitation with turbulent flow. The generated voltage should power the sensor's circuits and allow water flow rate measurements. Throughout the development, three prototypes of generators powered by turbulent flow were created. Turbulences were not created by an insertion of a bluff body but by inner geometry of the pipeline elements. Maximum power of 10,66 uW was generated at flow rate of 8 m3/h. Afterwards, a prototype of water flow rate and temperature sensor was assembled. Energy self-sufficiency of the device at common flow rates was not achieved using the chosen procedure. The designed flow rate measurement method is suitable for an approximate flow rate estimation.

Theoretical principles of capillary isotachophoresis in moving boundary systems
Gebauer, Petr ; Malá, Zdeňka ; Boček, Petr
This contribution provides fundamental theoretical background of ITP in moving-boundary systems. It is based on the approximation of capillary ITP as a 1D process and the general condition of ITP migration, i.e., the existence of a self-sharpening boundary capable to form a stack of zones moving with equal velocities.

Battered women's partner choice
KLÍMOVÁ, Jana
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the issue of domestic violence against women. I have focused on the context of abused women in families, especially their relationship with their father. The theoretical part describes domestic violence in a broader context. I deal with such topics as: women as victims, gender in the context of domestic violence, self-assessment of abused women, myths and prejudices that are typical regarding the problem of domestic violence against women, the issue of partner relationships, focusing on partner choice. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research which has been implemented using narrative interviews with five women who have experienced domestic violence from their partner in the past. The aim of the research is to record and approximate the feelings of the abused women. Furthermore, the research is aimed at the influence of the original family, especially the father's influence on the daughter's future choice of partner.

Applications and uses of the techniques of mental hygiene for the sporting and not sporting teen-agers.
BURDOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the results of mental status changes and changes in self-perception of his character after the intervention program for mental hygiene in sport and no sport adolescents. Mentaltraining program was attended by altogether 700 adolescent (12-15 years). Intervention mentaltraining "Step to Health" under my leadership attended the 10 adolescents. The work examines the effect of physical exercise, relaxation, concentration and various yoga exercises on the mental and physical condition of the individual. The program consisted of four meeting for 4 weeks. Lessons lasted approximately 90 to 120 minutes. Following each meeting followed questionnaires. After the 4 - week training session followed a structured data. Based on the comparison of the data from the tests before and after mentaltraining and static process, we conclude that the regular program can achieve mental balance and awareness of the problem areas of the body and thus the body and psyche work.

Analysis and Projection of Health Education in Sports Training of Ice Hockey Players.
ČERNÝ, Kamil
This thesis examines the impact of psycho-training based on yoga techniques in sports training of young ice hockey players. The psycho-training was aimed to develop the attention, the concentration, to improve self-confidence and psychical resilience and finally to master relaxation techniques. The intervention program of psycho-training "Intensity" (ČERNÝ, KREJČÍ, 2012) was realized within a one week season training camp. The study group consisted of 12 hockey players of ice hockey club Tabor. All volunteered players who intended to this intervention were approximately 16 years old. The participants passed through the psychological input tests before the start of study program. Psycho-training consisted of 7 sessions, each lasting 80 minutes. The education took place before training on the ice during the morning. After completion of the intervention program the participants passed through the output psychological tests. The acquired data were compared and statistically validated. The results confirmed the hypothesis. Psycho-training program "Intensity" was recommended for education of coaches of young players youth with applications in-season training camp.

An analysis of share of taxes on the municipal economy
Tocauer, Martin ; Peková, Jitka (advisor) ; Luštický, Martin (referee)
My master`s thesis is going to deal with the financial economy of lower territorial self-governing units -- municipalities. I will pay attention to the revenue economy and especially tax revenues that consist of approximately half of total revenues of municipal budgets. In connection with tax revenues I will also focus on budgetary determination of taxes, its process and taking place intensive discussion related to possibilities its further direction. In theoretical part I attempt to sum up an economical and legal starting points of municipal status, municipal budget and its structure. In practical part I make the analysis of the municipal economy from the size category 2 -- 5 thousand inhabitants. Municipalities in this size category cash on the average the lowest tax revenues from the common taxes per capita. According to their own words they are getting to the edge of the economic potential. The aim of this work is to carry out the analysis of the municipal economy of given municipality where such danger can happen.

Energies Conservation in Housing
HOLÝ, Marek
In my thesis I solve the problem of energy savings for flats and flat -buildings. Several options for saving energy are shown and described in the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis and opinions of several authors about various saving measures are compared. Grant programs Nový panel and Zelená úsporám are described as well. Measures that could bring the greatest savings are selected in the second ? practical ? part and afterwards applied in the model project on prefabricated house T 06 B 02. Such measures are thermal insulation, installing solar collectors for heating water and heat pumps used to heat the building. For each measure there is approximate price and possible saving determined in this part. This data are a base for calculation of the payback period for each measure and finally for the entire reconstruction. The issue of financing the investment is solved in three ways. The first option is self-financing, The second option is to finance the reconstruction with grants from the Nový panel programm and the last option is to fund the project with the help of Zelená úsporám.

As form was used self prepaired checklist. The problem of local branding supplement knowledges of producers and sellers of certified products.

Domain conformations of the motor subunit of EcoR124I involved in ATPase activity and dsDNA translocation
BIALEVICH, Vitali
Bacterial type I restriction-modification systems are composed of three different subunits: one HsdS subunit is required for identification of target sequence and anchoring the enzyme complex on DNA; two HsdM subunits in the methyl-transferase complex serve for host genome modification accomplishing a protective function against self-degradation; two HsdR (or motor) subunits house ATP-dependent translocation and consequent cleavage of double stranded DNA activities. The crystal structure of the 120 kDa HsdR subunit of the Type I restriction-modification system EcoR124I in complex with ATP was recently reported. HsdR is organized into four approximately globular structural domains in a nearly square-planar arrangement: the N-terminal endonuclease domain, the RecA-like helicase domains 1 and 2 and the C-terminal helical domain. The near-planar arrangement of globular domains creates prominent grooves between each domain pair. The two helicase-like domains form a canonical helicase cleft in which double-stranded B-form DNA can be accommodated without steric clash. The helical domain, probably involved in complex assembly, exhibits only a few specific interactions with helicase 2 domain. Molecular mechanism of dsDNA translocation, cleavage and ATP hydrolysis has not been yet structurally investigated. Here we propose a translocation cycle of the restriction-modification system EcoR124I based on analysis of available crystal structures of superfamily 2 helicases, strutural modeling and complementary biochemical characterization of mutations introduced in sites potentially inportant for translocation in the HsdR motor subunit. Also a role of the extended region of the helicase motif III in ATPase activity of EcoR124I was probed.
