This bachelor is focused on a problem field of electronic compabiliti as the technical side as same as biological side of it. This Thesis describes the basic concepts of EMC and also analyzis each legislative requirements and regulations of EMC. One part of this thesis include designing a test procedur for verifcation of EMC pressure measurement technology of BD SENSORS company and realization of it.

Analysis of the education system in the company

This Diploma Thesis deals with the education system in the company. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the system of employee's education in a company called ŠKODA PRAHA Invest s.r.o. and to propose improvements based on the theoretical knowledge. The sub-aim, established after consulting the HR Department of the company, is to propose improvements of the system of technical education. To reach this aim a questionnaire for the employees was used. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part summarizes knowledge regarding the education system in the company and its parts - analysis of training needs, projecting the education, realization of the training activities and evaluation of the education. Practical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of the system of employee's education in ŠKODA PRAHA Invest s.r.o. and with the results of the questionnaire. Proposed improvements follow.

The concept of CSR and its implementation by mobile operators in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility among mobile operators in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to analyze the policies and practices of CSR among mobile operators in the Czech Republic and evaluate these activities in the economic, social and environmental area. The operational objective is to propose measures and solutions that would lead to the settlement of differences between the particular companies and the overall higher efficiency of CSR in the mobile sector. All based on the analysis of individual CSR activities and their subsequent comparison. The SWOT analysis of CSR in each company helps to compare them. The activities are described and compared within three pillars of corporate social responsibility.

Communicational mix of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records

Title: Communicational mix of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records Objectives: The objective of this Bachelor thesis is to describe communicational activities, the way of promotion and individual communicational instruments of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records which were applied in 2011; afterwards to evaluate the quality of the communicational mix which is based on the interview and the document analysis; and then to suggest more effective methods of propagation using chosed communicational instruments. Methods: The methods that were used for describing the marketing communication, which was used during the 21st year of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records, are a document analysis and a descriptive case study. Another used method, which helped to find out internal information about the festival and its propagation, was one of the methods of interviewing, namely a semi-structured interview. Results: A proposal of four instruments of communicational mix, their orientation, the way of their realization and timing has been made. These instruments will be presented to the management of the Good Day Agency. The management will consider whether the proposal is suitable for propagational strategy of the following years of the festival or not. Key words: marketing, marketing...

Práce na základě analýzy hodnotí významné prvky současné informační politiky ČR v oblasti veřejné správy především ve smyslu komunikace s občany. Obecně definuje informační politiku a informační společnost jako výslednici působení současné informační politiky. Podává stručný historický přehled realizace informační politiky ve veřejné správě v ČR. Analyzuje důležité dokumenty, standardy a institucionální a legislativní zabezpečení informační politiky. Podrobně se zabývá konkrétními oblastmi realizace informační politiky ve smyslu elektronizace veřejné správy. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací infrastruktury v menší školní síti. Cílem práce je jednak zanalyzovat současný stav pevné sítě, identifikovat zdroje problémů a odstranit je. Dalším cílem práce je navrhnout a postavit bezdrátovou síť. Tato práce se skládá z několika částí. Na úvod nastíním postupy používané při návrhu sítě. V další části budou teoreticky vysvětleny některé aspekty pevné sítě. V třetí části bude popsáno navržené řešení problému pevné sítě. Ctvrtá část se zabývá bezdrátovými technologiemi a nakonec bude popsáno řešení výstavby bezdrátové sítě

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the utilization of metal in the furniture and design own concept of the outdoor metal furniture which is suitable for spaces like parks, bus stops and restaurants with outdoor seating. The work is devided into practical and teoretical part. Theoretical part deals with the history of the metal, development of metal application in the field of furniture. Furthermore, it defines metals suitable for the furniture industry, metal machining, forming, joining and surface treatment. In the second part, there is the realization of own project, development of project from initial sketches to the final realization with regard to the requirements of a particular manufacturer, the Todus company.

Evaluation of Implemention of Programme Real Estates from Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise

Subject of my diploma thesis is evaluation of implementation of aid programme Real Estates. The aid programme implements priority axis Development of Business Infrastructure of Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise in the period 2004--2006. Aim of this paper is to evaluate the use of subsidies and the achievement of goals of the programme Real Estates. The theoretical part deals with regional policy instruments and its basis in theories of regional development and economic theories. Afterwards the programme Real Estates is explicated as well as it's rules and requirements. The programme is put in context with theoretical principles of regional policy instruments, which are applied in the programme. Within the analysis of the programme, there are subsidised projects clearly specified as to what projects and which applicants were subsidised and how much the aid was. The core analysis surveys economic, social and environmental impacts of the projects generally and in part regionally.

Cross-border transformations of commercial companies

This thesis discusses a method of implementation of the freedom of company establishment in the form of cross-border transformations after the amendment of the Transformation Act, which came into force on 1 January 2012. This right which a company is guaranteed is analyzed in the context of relevant CJEU case law. This thesis follows the structure of the Act. The first part deals with general issues of cross-border transformations and is followed by a chapter on the types of cross-border transformations. The final part of this thesis is devoted to a discussion about the possible kinds of economic movation for the tranformations. The goal is to analyze the possibilities of cross-border transformations and to assess their historical development with respect to both major CJEU decisions and legislative activities of the EU and the Czech Republic.

Availability of social services for seniors in the Karlovarsky region now and in 50 years

Master thesis aims to evaluate the accessibility of social services in Karlovarsky region. The thesis is focused on the demographics of seniors and social services intended for them, specifically retirement homes. In addition to analyzing the accessibility of social services is elaborated demographic projection of region's population over the next 50 years. In the theoretical part is described the definition of social policy and the fundamental theoretical principles, types and functions. This part also describes the legislative framework of social policy in the Czech Republic. In relation to social policy are presented issues of community planning as a tool for the implementation of social policy in the Karlovarsky region. The conclusion of theoretical part is devoted to the theory of demographic projections and describes the basic projection methods. The practical part in the introduction focuses on general and demographic characteristics of the Karlovarsky region and the current state of social services for the elderly, specifically homes for the elderly. The second half of the practical part presents a demographic projection of region's population over the next 50 years and is focusing on senior component whose proportion in the population will increase. This projection is calculated by the component method without migration. The conclusion of the practical part is comparing the initial state of social services and the anticipated development of seniors. It also describes community plan in the Karlovarsky region with emphasis on the development of social services for seniors. Documents drawn up by the Karlovarsky region on issues of social services and conclusions of this thesis suggest that there is no need to increase capacity, but rather to focus on the change in the structure of users and ensure that these services are provided to people whose health condition really requires this kind of complex social care.
