Markvart, Štěpán ; Hiršová, Miloslava (advisor) ; Kožichová, Lenka (referee)
The tagets of this thesis were to test with a chosen organization's staff how much self-efficacy depending of particular tasks affected the quality of fulfilling those tasks, to recommend suitable methods of increasing self-efficacy and to suggest a method of task formulation corresponding to social cognitive theory of man in organization. The research was done at a particular section of fiscal administration. The requisite information was obtained by questionnaire method, the received dates were compiled by the suitable statistical methods. The consequent results allowed to say there was no positive relation betwen self-efficacy during fulfilling particular tasks and the efficiency of the particular section's offices. One of the most important results was that self-efficacy itself did not affect the efficiency of the particular offices. The differences in the efficiency resulted from the managers'work. The thesis includes recommendations resulted from its targets.

Těžba v Predator-Prey modelu
Chrobok, Viktor ; Lagová, Milada (advisor) ; Kalčevová, Jana (referee)
The paper is focused on the Predator-Prey model modified in the case of harvesting one or both populations. Firstly there is given a short description of the basic model and the sensitivity analysis. The first essential modification is percentage harvesting. This model could be easily converted to the basic one using a substitution. The next modification is constant harvesting. Solving this system requires linearization, which was properly done and brought valuable results applicable even for the basic or the percentage harvesting model. The next chapter describes regulation models, which could be used especially in applying environmental policies. All reasonable regulation models are shown after distinguishing between discrete and continuous harvesting. The last chapter contains an algorithm for maximizing the profit of a harvester using econometrical modelling tools.

Struggle for Šwidnica-Jawor duchy under the reign of the Luxembourg dynasty
Zelenka, Jaroslav ; Vorel, Petr (referee) ; Bobková, Lenka (advisor)
Shire of successors of Boleslav I. of Svídnice (Schweidni tz, Swidnica) represents an anomaly in the history of Silesia. Dukes of this branch of Silesian house of Piasts were thoroughly refusing to became vassals of czech king by profi ting of their rel a tionship wi th Wi ttelsbachs, Habsbourgs, Anj ous, as well as wi th polish king Casimir III of Poland. Bolek II of Svidnice was the most powerfull adversary of Luxembourgs. Even by using a military force, John of Luxembourg couldn't break his opposition. Situation had radically changed by the Treaty of Namyslov (Namslau, Namyslów) between Charles IV and Casimir III of Poland in 1348. By this treaty, polish king officially renounced to support his nephew. Charles IV was aware of quali ties of Bolek II and he didn't want to loose him by blessing his ego. So he didn't choose the way of violence, but he gave him a lot of privileges to "buy" his support. Czech king offered to Bolek II the alliance that he couldn't refuse. By this alliance he allowed Bolek to fulfill his power ambi tions what should have never been done, if he had remained adversary of Luxembourg's. Bolek I I of Svidnice was capable to profit from this extraordinary favor until his death. He succeeded to j oin to his shire numerous territories and assure some important economic privileges for...

Sources of identity creation of adopted children
KLOUDOVÁ, Hana
Regarding the legal act adoption is the highest and the most advantage type of substituted care for a child, as the legal status of an adopted child is the same as of tan own child. Currently children are informed about adoption from a very young age. Applicants for adoption are trained in access courses about the way how to explain the whole situation to an adopted child. The aim of my thesis is to find out what importance adopted children put to the adoption itself and how this fact of adoption influences their identity. What roles play other people around them who know that the child is adopted? I used for my research fact-finding strategy- The method which I obtained data were from semi-structured interviews with adults once adopted as children conducted face to face or by e-mail.the next source of information was internet debate. The research was done on five adopted adults who were adopted as children ranging from 20 to 40 years old including myself. I gained respondents through a method called snowball. Through the biographic research method I worked out the data which means to reconstruction and interpretation of human?s life by somebody else and qualitative conceptual analysis of replies. The result of this is introduced as a biography of adopted children and also as a conclusion of answers in this research. In finalizing of the result comes the fundamental discovery that the effect on identity of adopted children has the foundation of a loving family. I found out that adoption itself did not mean anything noticeable at respondents or the impact of other people around them. The main thing which matters is a functional family, which they have.

Fixed assets in non-profit organisation
Mikeš, Jan ; Takáčová, Hana (advisor)
In my bachelor essay I featured the accounting operations with fixed assets within the two types of non-profit organisations. I put the accent on financial sources, amortization and funds. I featured the different financing of the small fixed assets. In the next chapters I worked out different amortization plans of a school furnace and recognized the plans, that wouldn't be accepted by the founder. As a historical example, I wrote about the loss done by insufficient capital grants.

I was mainly concerned in individual cases on their lack or overlap on individual woman during pregnancy. The results of such measurements are listed in second part of my diploma work. Volumes show, that intake of lipids, sacharides and proteins are relative equal to recommended daily dose for pregnant women in...

Pretransfusion measures - compatibility testing before transfusion of red cell product in Blood establishment and blood bank of Nemocnice České Budějovice, a. s.
TESAŘOVÁ, Lucie
Blood is a body fluid which, despite all the scientific progress, still cannot be replaced by any other artificial product. The first records of transfusion were found in the ancient Egyptian,Assyrian,Jewish and Roman societies. The first historically recorded attempt at blood transfusion was described by a historian and lawyer Stephano Infessura 1492.The first known blood transfusion in the Czech Republic was performed in 1879 by Prague physician Anthony Erpek.Pretransfusion testing is a set of immunohematology examination performed prior to blood transfusion to the patient, which aims to ensure effective substitution for the patient, during which the transfused RBCs will survive long enough in recipient?s bloodstream and will not be destroyed. The basic principle of the whole pre-transfusion testing is laboratory confirmation that the recipient?s blood is compatible with the donor?s blood. The complex of pretransfusion testing before administration of RBCs includes methods of mandatory testing of the recipient?s blood group, antibody screening, possibly identification of special antibodies, and the cross match test itself. All these tests are performed using the agglutination method.Compatibility test is a reaction between donor?s and recipient?s serum, which is used for confirmation that the recipient?s blood is compatible with the donor?s blood. It can be examined either serologically(on a slide,in a tube,by gel column agglutination,by methods of solid phase)or electronically(type and screen strategy, electronic test of compatibility).Validity of the compatibility test is 72hours,counting from the moment of sampling of recipient?s blood. My thesis deals with the examination of the actual test of the compatibility of the transfusion product, literary comparison of various methods and comparison of the manual performance of the column gel agglutination method(LISS/NAT)and performance with the use of the Techno TwinStation machine. My work also includes comparison of an operational perspective and an economic perspective. The practical part of this work was carried out in Blood bank of Hospital Budweis. With the use of literary comparison of methods of compatibility test,I conclude that the most sensitive method used to investigate the compatibility test is the indirect anti-globulin test(NAT)performed using column gel agglutination or solid phase methods. My recommendation corresponds to the findings of Společnost pro transfuzní lékařství.The thesis confirms that the cross match testing via using the gel column agglutination method(LISS/NAT)was the best choice made by the Blood bank.Benefits of the gel column agglutination compared to the tube methods are the speed, smaller consumption of reagents and blood samples, the possibility of standardization, automation and documentation. Finally, the method has higher sensitivity, which increases the safety of blood transfusion for the patient.Examination of compatibility testing using the gel column agglutination method(LISS/NAT)was done in 52 patients manually and using the Techno TwinStation(a total of 118 tests).Examination results were identical regardless the chosen method. There was also no significant difference concerning the operational and economic costs of the two methods(manual was about 24CZK,automated was about 26CZK).In manual performance human errors cannot be eliminated, whereas in automation these errors are eliminated.Another advantage of automation is the traceability of all the elements involved in the analytical process, which are archived and will remain accessible after the test. The advantage of the manual compatibility tests is shorter total examination time(about 30-35min compared to about 45-60min when using automated method;depending on the number of samples). The disadvantage of automated method of compatibility testing using the Techno TwinStation machine is the impossibility to add more samples during pipetting.

Child with specific learning disabilities in the family.
HUBKOVÁ, Iva
The bachelor thesis monitors the family contexts of specific learning disabilities (SLD). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issue of SLD: kinds, symptoms and their effect on child{\crq}s development and socialization. Attention is also paid to the family and its function and its role in the context of the issue of SLD. Parental support and help are very time-consuming and very psychologically demanding and the whole family must cope with the situation. Both children and their parents need help and support in some periods. To know the answer to the following question is necessary for an adequate assistance provision: Which troubles do children and parents perceive as the most encumbering ones? My research should have given the answer to the question. The qualitative investigation in the design of entrenched theory was used for my research, which was done via semi-structured interviews. Those talks were held in six families and in each family were interviewed just one parent-in-charge and one adolescent. The depth of received information, revealed details and respondents{\crq} stories helped me understand the scope of the problem and guess the most encumbering topics. The interviews provided crucial information about lives of children affected by learning disabilities and their families; they also disclosed the fact that there are still prejudices and negative attitudes against children with learning disabilities in our society. The prejudices stem from the lack of information; they predetermine attitudes of schoolmates and teachers and they can also affect attitudes of families. The research results also disclosed the fact that it is necessary to extend the scale of help offered to children and also to parents. The results could provide information for some improvements in work with children under consultancy care and with their families. Furthermore, the results could be a source of information for families with children with SLD as well as for the general public.
