Report on the Environment of the Czech Republic 2015

The Report on the Environment of the Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Report") is drawn up every year on the basis of Act No. 123/1998 Coll., on the right to information on the environment, as amended, Government Resolution No. 446 of 17 August 1994 and Government Resolution No. 934 of 12 November 2014, and submitted for approval to the Government of the Czech Republic and subsequently submitted to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic for discussion. It is a comprehensive evaluation document, which assesses the state of the environment in the Czech Republic, including the entire context, on the basis of the data available in the given year of assessment. Starting with the Report on the Environment of the Czech Republic for the year 2005, CENIA, Czech Environmental Information Agency, is responsible for drawing it up. The Report for the year 2015 was discussed and approved by the Government on November 28th, 2016 and then provided to the both chambers of the Parliament of the Czech Republic for discussion. The Report is also published in electronic form (http://www.cenia.cz and http://www.mzp.cz) and it is distributed at the same time on a USB flash drive for special target groups, along with the Statistical Environmental Yearbook of the Czech Republic 2015 and Reports on the Environment in the Regions of the Czech Republic 2015.

Citizens on the Constitutional Competencies of the President - March 2013

March's survey of CVVM made an inquiry into the attitudes of citizens towards the constitutional competencies of the president. Questions in the survey concerned the range of presidential competencies in general and also with regard to several particular competencies such as granting of amnesty or stopping a lawsuit, dismissing the Chamber of Deputies and refusing the law passed by the parliament. Two questions asked about the role of president in appointing the Board of the Czech National Bank and in appointing the judges of the Constitutional Court. According to the survey, 23 % of respondents would leave the decision about the granting of amnesty or the stopping of a lawsuit to the president alone, what is 21 percentage points less than in January 2012.

Popularity of Top Politicians - June 2016

In June 2016 the Public Opinion Researcch Centre investigated whether respondents trust to selected top politicians. They were given a list with 28 names of top politicians. In a survey there were included names of membres of government, president, chairmen of Senate and Chamber of Deputies, leaders of political parties in Parliament, chief of Constitutional Court, at the moment already former governor of the Czech National Bank, and ombudsman.

Studie se zabývá vytvářením programu, organizováním pořadu schůze a možnými změnami, flexibilitou již schválených pořadů. Organizaci programu a pořadu parlamentních komor je možno rozdělit na několik typů, kdy většina komor tradičních parlamentů v podstatě nedovoluje změny hlavního programu a pořadu činěné tentýž den, aby nedocházelo k nepředvídaným programovým zvratům a rovněž aby vláda dosáhla plynulého přijímání navržených zákonů. Naopak v typu parlamentu, který se uplatňuje v parlamentních republikách postkomunistických států (ČR, Slovensko, Polsko, Maďarsko, pobaltské státy) jsou jednací řády ovlivněny tím, že agendu parlamentních komor (hlavního programu) povětšinou vytváří parlamenty samotné.
